I think she has brown hair needs some retraining on how to have good customer service cause she's very rude and it wasn't just me my husband experienced that as well and if you look on other Google reviews, everybody says the same thing so I don't know if she's family and they just won't fire her but yeah y'all need to get with her on her customer service skills. Other than that we loved everybody else and everybody took great care of of our dog.

Our current veterinarian (the…read morebest in town!) is closed on Saturday and we realized Friday evening that we needed to have her anal glands expressed. We tried this clinic and they wouldn't see her because we didn't bring her shot records. We'd had this done before at a different location with no questions asked. Needless to say, we're on our way now to a clinic that doesn't have that restriction. Would not recommend Granbury Animal Clinic ever.

Sheldon was not a people cat -- Dave and I were pretty much his entire world -- yet when Dr. Esposito and his assistant arrived, Sheldon was perfectly calm. I don't know if animals sense when they are finally being released from their pain, but I believe with my whole heart that Sheldon did. Dr. Esposito and his assistant were genuinely caring and compassionate from the moment they walked into our home. Sheldon's passing was exactly what we wanted for him -- gentle and without suffering, and the in-home service made an unbearable day much more bearable. We are forever grateful. If you are facing this incredibly hard decision, you could not be in better hands.

With that being said, one of the groomers proceeded to gossip about one of my dogs to my mom in a negative way while dropping her dog off. She stated my dog is not to be trusted because he's very aggressive and should be neutered also stated she's been grooming dogs for 30 years and has never met a dog that looked so weird with weird eyes (He has one blue eye and one brown eye). The dog she's referring too is only a year old and has never been aggressive towards anyone or anything and to speak negatively about someone's dog to another customer is extremely unprofessional and I'm very disappointed. This has been my groomer for years and unfortunately I will never be coming back. Very disgusted, if you've been grooming dogs for 30 years you should know better. Also if my dog was "very aggressive" why not tell me the owner of the dog and continue to groom him for a year?
