There was zero pressure from Chris and he simply left us a quote to call and schedule if we were interested. Needless to say, we called and scheduled the next day! Michaela working in the office was super friendly and helpful with scheduling our install. From the day we signed the contract to the day the install occurred was just a few weeks. Victor came out and conducted a garage attic inspection using a tall ladder ceiling hatch. He didn't enter the lighted attic but just did a visual inspection using a flashlight. After his inspection, Victor claimed one side of my roof needed an asphalt roofing patch. What he didn't tell me was that, five to six feet from his attic ladder inspection, was an extremely obvious water pipe leak that had created black fungus on nearby wood. So obvious you could easily view without a flashlight. So what we have here is deceiving a possible customer by telling him he has a roofing leak when, in reality, a plumber was needed to correct the interior water pipe leak. Thus, my one-star rating, which actually should be lower.
