I had someone from my condo association shut off the water, and they suggested calling Majewski plumbing for help. I called Franks number and immediately got a text that he would call me right back, and he did! I explained my problem, and he came out within an hour, shut my water off at the problem sink, turned the water on in the rest of my condo, emergency solved. He will be out tomorrow to fix the problem at my sink. When you live in cape may county year round, it is very difficult to find such quick, reliable service. I will tell everyone I know about Franks business. Today was another reminder for me, of how some people have to live without water and housing. I am grateful for my roof, running hot water, and the great service I received from Majewski's plumbing.

Great Job overall and I will continue doing business with them in the future.

First time, I am actually giving a 1- star review. Reason…read morefor this 1- star review is customer service etiquette. Sorry, but, all businesses start from there. If something as simple as this cannot be a good experience to start off, then look at it as a red flag. Danny and I made contact via messenger. I asked him if he serviced the area as to where the job is located and he replied he was from there. He made an appt for the afternoon on a Tuesday. The day after, I messaged him and asked if he came by, since I did not receive an estimate via email. He eventually replied, no. He made another appt approx a couple of days for 9am. Again,a no show and no form of contact. I sent him a text and messaged him that I do not need his so called business. No reply of apology, nothing. Did not surprise me. Imagine, if this is how he conducts himself and represents his business, then it is a person and business I do not want any dealings with. Something so simple, contact! Imagine his work!?

We scheduled 19 days in advance, so everyone would be well coordinated. What a waste of time. What a looser attitude you and your staff exhibit Lisa Quirk. Your true selves showed up loud and clear To the readers, do yourself a favor. Do not use this company. I had a simple tile shower floor replacement/install contracted by Greg. Seemed like a nice guy…read moreoffering a fair price. I would purchase the tile and he would install. He came right away and began the installation on June 17. During the install I expressed concern about the base for the tile on June18. Greg assured me it was fine and if there was an issue he would return and correct any issue; on his dime. On July 7, I contacted Greg indicating the tile was moving and grout was cracking. He said he would come and fix. That was more than a month ago. He indicated he would come by but never did, and has not. I originally posted a review two days ago. I received an immediate text from Greg, asking to remove the negative review and he would return my cash. This never happened. Asking contractors to set proper expectations and follow through on their word is not being impatient. Expecting contractors to be honest in their words and deeds is not calling them a liar. Sad its been two months and I do not have my shower improvement and Greg has not expanded his business with a customer who believed in him. Hopefully, I can recover my $1500 through the yelp guarantee. This game of tag is over.
