Unlike other companies, Mike's estimate was free and very competitive. In his work, he is both punctual and professional. When the job was finished, he was meticulous in removing the old hardware components and cleaning up the work area. The next day, Mike called to ask if the newly installed equipment was working well--an unexpected but welcome follow-up to a job well done.
