After giving him the down payment, she had to contact him multiple times to come start the job and to finish it. They never completed it, and the porch roof continues to leak. She has made many attempts to contact them via text, phone calls, emails, and certified mail, and all correspondence is ignored. Cape May Consumer Affairs contacted Mike Trainor on her behalf, but they ultimately suggested that my mom sue them when that attempt went unanswered. It has now been 5+ years of an unfinished, leaky roof and Mike Trainor is nowhere to be found, despite signs all over the neighborhood for new jobs that he is doing.

If I have a job I need done, and it's not an emergency, I let him know. He contacts me and let's me know when he'll be here. I also know that when it is an emergency, he'll be here right away.
