It's probably the best decision I've ever made in my life. Alexandra worked day and night to find my family member. There were days we were both frustrated and she always gave advice to me like a real friend would. She truly cared about my family member as well as my family. We are very private and there were times I needed to talk about things and she was always there for me. The first time I spoke with her I knew we made the right choice. Unfortunately, my family member had fallen in Black Canyon while hiking. It was extremely important for my family member's mother to have a timeline. Alexandra sent her team out to Montrose and she created a timeline down to the minute. I have no idea how she did it but she did and she was spot on. There were days I thought the park Rangers would stop looking and she reassured me that would not ever happen. She even went to the extent of calling companies to search just in case they stopped looking. They didn't stop. They found him and brought him home to us. Alexandra was dealing with multiple jurisdictions. She was also dealing with the press who had many questions. There were days I had no idea how she was doing what she was doing but she did it.
