They also re-shingled a small roof area around the skylight that had mold growing on it and sealed leaks in my gutters. The initial visit with Lucas was great - he listened well, looked at our old skylight and flew a drone over the roof to take pictures and gave me a detailed roof inspection. Because the new skylight model would involve a different sized opening, Lucas identified a clever approach to modify the opening size and finish it off inside with a white PVC trim. Lucas was super responsive any time I had a question and was happy to talk through subtle questions about the shingles. The company got a building permit with my town (Belmont, MA), and the team completed the small area re-shingle, opening adjustment and skylight install all in about 6 weeks since I contracted with them - with the intervening time largely being due to finding the right days to work given weather conditions in late winter, which they were thoughtful about working around. The skylight looks and works great and was good quality work at a fair price - thank you RB Farina roofing!

I initially contacted them to replace a gutter, resulting in an estimate for that specific work, but also several other estimates, one to do some additional roof repair, and one to replace the entire roof. I opted for the full roof replacement (including new gutters, etc) -- reasonably priced, and the roof was at least 18 years old, so definitely ready to be replaced. The resulting work did end up with some additional effort to replace rotting facia board -- I was half expecting that and this additional work was also reasonably priced and performed efficiently. Communication, scheduling, invoicing and payment all were friendly and efficient, and the resulting work is great. I have read some other reviews which are not positive and I can not reconcile those experiences with my own. Early on a friend did share a 2nd hand positive experience (outside the scope of social media) which influenced me to use them; I am glad I made that decision.
