The first time, a ceiling panel randomly fell down. (Not one they had worked on - we moved into a new house and a panel fell one night). They came out promptly and repaired. Then, another one fell down a couple weeks later, and again, Mario came right out, gave us a quote, and repaired! One of the pics is of the panel. Doesn't look like much because it's a white ceiling, but it's perfect! Then, we have this doorway/frame separating our living room and family room. We tore off the trim, my partner made an arch shape (to match the other doorways), and we asked Mario and his team to come drywall, plaster, and paint the whole entry way/sides/etc. They made it absolutely spectacular. It's just gorgeous and the rooms flow so beautifully now!!!!

The crew also replaced rotted clapboards and some of the trim wood. His crew was highly respectful of our property, particularly our Spring garden. Ridge Painting and Restoration was not the cheapest of the estimates we got (nor the most expensive) but Kieran's straight forward communication as well as the very positive reviews on Yelp led us to hire them. Since I was coordinating the job with him from across the country, communication was very important. Kieran was very reponsive, thorough, and prompt, answering all questions completely and keeping us up-to-date on any scheduling changes. He's professional, friendly, and clearly cares about his work. He and his team worked diligently and meticulously, cleaned things up daily, and followed through on any final concerns. I would 100% hire Ridge Painting for future jobs
