I showed up to purchase a car hauler that said it was at the site but ended up selling the night before. David ended up selling me the trailer I wanted from Phoenix originally but was more expensive. He dropped $200 off that trailer and I was able to pick it up within 30 minutes. The Phoenix off was helpful when I arrived to pick up the trailer. I didn't get the worker's name but he showed me how to attach the trailer to my truck and then he noticed my truck was not charging the power brakes he took the time to show me where the fuse was for trailer charging which as soon as he pulled it out and put it back it started working again. Definitely good experience with Big Tex.

So I went on their website and filled out the form then got a response from the store manager (Greg Clark) to contact him and that Lacey no longer works there. So I went in and talked to the new office girl and started over. They said they do not have my info in there system (even though they emailed me?) So I gave it all to her again and I asked for a quote for a car hauler. She said they'd do that and contact me. That was 2 weeks ago.. still no info? I wanted a 14' car hauler and they only had 16' car haulers in stock, which they tried to push me to. That may be why they haven't contacted me? Anyway, from seeing other reviews I guess I'm going to another trailer shop to buy my car hauler.
