Starship Billiards is a dimly lit billiards parlor which is a hidden gem for its BBQ wings. Their bar area is tucked into a corner of the establishment and is by no means expansive. They probably have 6-7 small tables on a platform around the bar. Their menu has some variety, with typical bar food and other options like tacos. The menu items are described with Star Trek-themed monikers.
The wings that come from their little kitchen, however, are probably the best I have ever had. Far, far better than Buffalo Wild Wings- these are probably double the size. They're sauces are much better in my opinion because of their better flavor profile, thicker consistency, and more generous lathering of each wing. They have a wide variety of options, from Honey BBQ to Hot Honey Lime to Starburst (mustard-based with citrus) to "Vulcan hot" and more. I've listed just my family's favorites. A dozen large wings will run about $10. We like to order 5-6 dozen and share family-style.
I'm not surprised more people haven't ventured in for their food- it's not advertised as a restaurant. But it's my go-to for any wing cravings. You can order for carry out as well.
They also have billiards, darts, and some arcade games, but I've never played there. read more
