My son is a huge boba tea fan and can be pretty picky, so we're always excited to try new places…read more This shop had a great variety of drink options, which was a plus. Unfortunately, the drinks didn't meet our expectations. The boba didn't taste very fresh, and the drinks were very sweet. They tasted more like flavored syrup than tea, and the sweetness overpowered everything else. The shop itself was clean, had plenty of seating, and wasn't very busy when we visited. The ambience was quiet and relaxed since hardly anyone was there, making it a comfortable place to sit for a while. I also think the customer service could be improved. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience, but we've definitely had much better boba elsewhere. We probably wouldn't return unless the quality of the drinks improves.

They always add a little Coffee Bean candy on top of the lid which is a nice extra touch. It's only a drive thru but they do have some covered outdoor seating. The drive thru is nice bc someone always comes out to greet you and take your order even though they have an order speaker box. This time I had a really nice college student from an American Afghani family. Her name escapes me but begins w an "H." She deserves a High 5 for her Customer Service. Another new chain coffee shop just opened across the street from this place but I'm staying loyal to the Human Bean. Their staff, drinks, food is awesome so no need to switch for me.

I also ordered an avocado smoothie with boba, the boba had a great flavor and the smoothie had a strong avocado essence to it which I love. I had to stand awkwardly at the register while they ignored me for about a minute but were nice when they did acknowledge me. I liked that they had a plethora of games and lots of seating.

Staff claimed they could not check them, honor them, refund their value, or reload a new gift card, which struck me as strange. Cards have no language about an expiration. They needed an original receipt, which odd in that it wouldn't validate current value, and seems like an easy excuse. One would assume a better customer policy would be considered, versus it feeling like a cash scam. They have a lot of signs up about buying their new gift cards too. Generally not one to review a bad experience but the sunk $50 and interest they have in gift cards felt worth reporting....Otherwise, the boba is fine. Added some photos to save other holders a trip

That was such a good deal! I ended up picking one. The Blue Water Matcha drink. I honestly didn't know what that was..but fiured I wanted to try it. I saw Boba and got excited, so he offered to get me one. (He's the best!) I went with a matcha milk tea. The service was great, the lady behind the counter was very nice and sweet. Our drinks came out quickly and were delicious! They hit the spot and the boba was cooked perfectly in my opinion. I will be interested in getting a coffee blend next time, with boba, of course!

This simple, nostalgic pleasure has gotten overly complicated. Womp womp. Food truck panel has a QR code instead of a menu, which I didn't love. The flavor was yummy, and the regular boba was blue, which I didn't expect! Finished feeling like I drank a whole meal. It was a nice dessert on a hot Friday afternoon, and if you're willing to pay too much for boba, why not Bing Tea? That purple taro color sure is pretty.

It's a little out of the way for me, but if I ever come back to town, I will definitely visit this place again. They offer a wide variety on their menu. Sometimes competitors' drinks are too sweet or not sweet enough. Today, we tried their Okinawa Pearl Milk Tea and Thai Pearl Milk Tea. So delicious and creamy. We loved it.
