Instead of ensuring a fair and transparent process, he manipulated the court's understanding of the facts to benefit his client. 2 Failure to Follow Through on Verbal Agreements Throughout my case, Mr. Simon made multiple verbal agreements but failed to honor them, proving himself to be unreliable and untrustworthy.
