Wow, where do I even begin. This was unfortunately an unfavorable experience for me from the very beginning. I had just gotten to Arizona to pursue a new job opportunity in my brand new car and had all of my belongings in this car with me. Out of nowhere, a distraught woman on the way to the hospital ran a red light and t-boned my drivers side. This left me breathless, on the side of the road, alone, with all of my stuff, in a blink of an eye. I think I felt my whole world crash down. This was by far one of the most difficult and challenging experiences that I've ever been faced with. And it was completely out of my control. Because I still owed so much on the totaled car, the $5000 I had put down to attain my car and the year I had spent paying on it was just viewed as a wash. Luckily, I had GAP insurance so what the other person's insurance didn't cover, mine stepped in and did. With that being said, I was told there were not any funds available to place me into a new vehicle. While dealing with all of this mentally exhausting daily challenge, I lost sight of myself and literal ability to do the things I loved due to physical consequences I also faced from the accident. I was completely broken and feeling incredibly defeated. My first paralegal was helpful, but impatient. That's when I got placed with ALY SHOMAR-ESPARAZA. This is the 2nd time I've used Wattel & York, and I'm so pleased with my experience. I was involved in an accident where the police officer did not issue a ticket, luckily he indicated the other driver as Vehicle 1. Due to this it makes it difficult to assign blame. The office assisted me with locating a chiropractor and medical doctor, and I received a settlement for a higher amount than I was expecting. Dave Wattel represented me and my son on a Personal Injury case from a motor vehicle accident back in 2009. Jake P. handled my deposition and Dave did the Quarterbacking. I was hit by a pickup running a red light while I was on my bike in a crosswalk with the green light. I had a fractured shoulder bone and torn muscle and quite honestly, I'm glad to be here to write this review.
