Marc Kamin did a wonderful job on our case. The entire team kept us informed, and guided us through the entire process.

All of the doctors they work with were extremely kind, attentive, and made the recovery process much easier. A huge shout-out to my case manager, Pam--she was absolutely the best. She stayed on top of everything, kept me informed, and truly cared about my case. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better case manager. What really impressed me was their ability to negotiate with the doctors and get me $9,000 more in my settlement. That made a huge difference and showed they genuinely had my best interest in mind. I have nothing negative to say about Pam or The Accident Guys. If you're dealing with an accident and want a team that actually fights for you and treats you like a person--not a number--I highly recommend them. I've

My husband and I were in a car accident on July 31, 2026 and I really wanted to go with this law…read morefirm because I really liked the way they portrayed their firm on their advertisements on tv but looks can be deceiving. As their ad states "Do your research." I spent 30 minutes speaking with the intake representative about the accident. She then connected us with an attorney. He informed us that I had a strong case with liability, but my husband didn't, despite being the driver and sustaining a more severe injury. The attorney also mentioned that there wasn't much of a case because no one sought medical attention, there was no blood, and no broken bones were reported. It's sad to think that these are the criteria used to decide whether a case will be taken or not. The attorney said it seems like a road rage incident because my husband honked his horn at the other driver, and we rear-ended him because he braked suddenly. At no time was this a road rage incident. My husband used the horn solely as a warning to alert the other driver that we were already traveling in that lane after the driver unexpectedly entered our path. The horn was intended as a defensive measure to help prevent a collision, not as an act of aggression. My husband wasn't even cited for anything! It appeared to me that the attorney failed to comprehend the details of the accident we were explaining. It sounded like the attorney advised against using your horn and simply letting someone hit you. This didn't make sense to me, so we decided to seek advice from another well-known firm that disagreed with this approach. Furthermore, the attorney was displeased that my husband was arguing with him and persistently insisted to the attorney that it wasn't a road rage incident. However, the attorney refused to listen and it was frustrating my husband. The attorney claimed that he wouldn't tolerate someone screaming at him, but my husband was in another room and was speaking loudly, which was definitely not screaming at this attorney. I was deeply disappointed that this attorney refused to gather all the facts and genuinely listen to a potential client. This experience with this law firm taught me a lesson "listen to your gut and stick to your truth."

Having Ryan handle the Arizona probate process made it much easier to administer the estate from out of state. The probate proceeded very much according to the timeline and expectations JacksonWhite laid out at the beginning. There were no surprises with the legal fee, and I always knew where things stood and what remained to be done. Craig and his team represented myself and ultimately my son once Arizona was deemed the state of jurisdiction, and I couldn't have made a better choice. Communication was thorough, prompt and clear from himself and his staff every step of the way from what they needed from me, to what they accomplished on a weekly basis and especially with the financial aspect. From thousands of miles away I felt secure that my son's best interest was first a foremost. Aside from the final ruling being exactly what is best for my son, Craig also helped me to present myself in the best light, providing sound advice for hard decisions made along the way. I was never worried if paperwork would be filed in time or if phone calls still needed to be made, I was in the most capable hands. Elated is only the half of it, thanks to Craig and his team I am even more hopeful for the most stable future and home life for my son. If it's a decision you have to make, this is a choice of representation you will not regret.

My experience with Mr. Simon has been incredibly disappointing, as he has repeatedly demonstrated dishonesty, a lack of integrity, and a clear disregard for fair legal proceedings. 1 Misleading Statements & False Claims in Court Mr. Simon misrepresented facts in front of the judge, including falsely claiming that he provided required disclosure documents--when in reality, they were never sent or received. Instead of ensuring a fair and transparent process, he manipulated the court's understanding of the facts to benefit his client. 2 Failure to Follow Through on Verbal Agreements Throughout my case, Mr. Simon made multiple verbal agreements but failed to honor them, proving himself to be unreliable and untrustworthy. Instead of working toward resolutions, he deliberately prolonged disputes to drive up attorney fees--putting financial gain over ethical representation and the best interests of the children involved. 3 Profiting from Conflict Instead of Resolving Cases Rather than focusing on settlement and resolution, Mr. Simon seems intent on extending litigation unnecessarily, which only inflates legal fees and prolongs emotional distress for all parties. Instead of advocating for reasonable and fair solutions, he thrives on unnecessary legal battles that serve no one but his own firm's financial interests. Bottom Line: If you are looking for an ethical, professional, and fair attorney, I highly recommend seeking legal counsel elsewhere. In my experience, Mr. Simon prioritizes tactics over truth, money over morality, and conflict over resolution. I hope others do their research before hiring Simon Law Group
