Instead of working toward resolutions, he deliberately prolonged disputes to drive up attorney fees--putting financial gain over ethical representation and the best interests of the children involved. 3 Profiting from Conflict Instead of Resolving Cases Rather than focusing on settlement and resolution, Mr. Simon seems intent on extending litigation unnecessarily, which only inflates legal fees and prolongs emotional distress for all parties.
