I want to thank the Hogle Brothers and especially Ann. She worked hard to get the court to work with me in regards to my health issues. And I felt like the Hogle Brothers were on my side every time we had to show up to court. They knew how to work through the court system and didn't give up at the beginning like those Public Defenders. I can say I was looking at a serious prison sentence but as my future health wise isn't certain they were able to tell me what I needed to do to get the court and state on board with a reasonable plea. I can't leave out the prosecutor or judge. They both were amazing and appreciate all they did and put up with in regards to my health. They both were professional and that is I'm sure because my legal team was professional and punctual as well. I would recommend The Hogle Group to anyone with criminal charges. But don't forget a lot of the results will be in your end of the court. You need to do what the judge, state, pre trial, prosecutors, or attorneys ask or advice you of. Ripoff alert!!! This firm schedules an appointment but then doesn't let you talk to an attorney. You are instead offered non-refundable consultation with a paralegal salesperson. We went there, found out we wouldn't speak to an attorney and they couldn't tell us if we could. Then we waited until 1/2 hour after our appointment and nobody had come to talk to us. So we walked out. Scam warning #1-- deceptive practices to making the appointment. Scam warning #2-- trying to secure money without a promise of any services rendered. Scam warning #3-- ignoring clients who have an appointment for 30 minutes. I am so happy that they forgot to collect the $100. We probably would have never seen anyone and would have had a terrible time getting the money back. read more

Run as far and as fast as you can away from this Firm. I just fired them in Mid Divorce proceedings. Company does not communicate or follow up with you whatsoever. All work is done by Para-Legals and very little involvement by lawyers. On quite a few of the items they were responsible for I had to do the leg work on ie.. setting up a Spousal Maintenance Payment System- I had to follow up with them multiple times on the same items to get them to do anything. The only consistent communication I got from them was when a bill was due. It was a HUGE MISTAKE on my part for hiring them!!! read more

Had a really good experience using Dana Hogle as my attorney for an accident I was involved in. I got much more than I thought I would and Mr. Hogle was super down to earth and knew exactly what to do and the timeline I should expect. When attorneys from the other party would take a while, Mr. Hogle knew how to get a prompt response. All I needed was simple help in a divorce case and after a year they had spent over $7,500 and done nothing. I had multiple scheduled phone appointments that went missed, days without responses to my e-mails, and they screwed me with paperwork the morning it was due that had to be reviewed while I was at work because THEY didn't completed it in time. I received no apologies when they clearly made these mistakes but they were happy to keep spending my money to get no where. Thankfully, I've hired a new lawyer and made more progress in a month than I made with them in a year. In addition, I found out the reason my case at Hogle was put on the back burner was likely due to one of their lawyers losing his license (shocking). Of course they didn't tell me any of this when it was happening and instead continued to use all my money and ask me for more. I've never been treated so poorly or felt more cheated in my life. They talk a good talk in the first meeting but don't be fooled. You will not get who you interview with and think you are hiring. They use the loudest mouth and most aggressive one to meet with you and you walk out feeling good. But they don't work on your case and they are a "plea house" all they do is want you to plead guilty to lesser charges. Don't waste your money on them! read more

First, I downloaded this app and just started using Yelp just for this review. I never write reviews or try and go out of my way to upset people. I got into a motorcycle accident 2 years ago In April. I was out of work for 7 months piles and piles of medical bills and a motorcycle that I still never repaired. I had a really bad experience with Law Tigers and walked away from that. I was really debating on whether I should even try anyone else but I knew I had a case and didn't want to quit when I knew I was a victim. I know a guy named Brian that was talking up a storm about how his buddy "Dan Hogle" is the best lawyer and how he would be the best fit for my case. So, I called, set up an appointment to talk to someone and brought in my textbook full of medical bills, records, and police report. This is all in December when I set this meeting up so I'm not too sure who the lawyer I spoke with was (I only met and talked to him ONCE). So we started talking about my case, drawing pictures of what happened, going over what we could do to move forward, man he sold me so quick. He was energetic, assertive, and seemed wicked smart. I was sold on this guy so I signed the paperwork for him to help me out and gave him my giant file, shook hands, said he would be in touch soon and then go from there. I left feeling wicked confident and happy. Then.... I didn't hear a thing until one day in April I called to see what was going on. I talked to a women and gave her all my info to look me up. She finds me in the system and says to me "So they are still working on your case it just takes a little bit to go to the next step" she then proceeds to tell me that she will have someone contact me. Didn't give me a date or time she just told me someone would call me. So, I trusted her and hung up the phone and went on with my business. It's now June and I'm not happy at all. I call to see what the hell is going on and of course, no one answers. I left a voicemail and then received a text message from a "Victoria" who asks if I have the right law firm because I'm not in the system. I respond to her stating I'm in there and I would like to talk. She then states she's out of town and she will get back to me on Monday. Monday comes by and I wait and wait until I call them to see if she's working. Well like before, I get the voicemail again and leave ANOTHER message where I'm STILL waiting. I text her yet again telling her I haven't heard back from anyone and 24 hours later, no response. I called one more time and surprise surprise. NO ONE ANSWERED. I thought Law Tigers was bad but NOTHING compares to this type of service. No one should ever have to go through what I've gone through so do yourself a favor and look for another lawyer. Maybe if I was a drunk driver I would have had better service. read more

I posted my situation on another website and the Hogle firm contacted ME and said they could help me. I went into the office and spoke with Nick Hogle and he claimed he was going to help me. I could never get questions answered from him I ended up doing a lot of things myself because according to him "I sounded like I knew more about the process than him." Are you kidding me? Well after about a month of not being able to get in contact with him he calls me and says they, unfortunately will not be able to help me. What a waste of time. read more
