We chose the egg, bacon, avocado sandwich, and an egg scramble to share. The sandwich was insanely good. The bacon is super crispy. The egg was perfectly cooked. The bun was buttery, toasted, and the avocados were real and mushy. It was such a thick sandwich. Getting it all in your mouth was tricky, but each perfect bite was phenomenal. I'd have a harder time recommending their take on a stacked huevos rancheros, with cornbread waffle rather than tortillas.
