They actually thanked me for choosing them, and they accept a variety of options for payment. Some companies are so restrictive on that and they are not. They value the customer relationship, and it really shows. That's not so common these days. Vincent, who did the mounting, likewise communicated well regarding his expected arrival, arrived at that time, and handled the issue well. He was able to reposition the frame to where the new television was not six inches above the previous one because they were different brands. He made that decision in our best interest to prevent us from having to strain our necks from enjoying television time in our living room, and I'm very appreciative of that.
