As a matter of fact, every HVAC contractor, painter, plumber, every other help we have EVER hired has always given a free quote IN PERSON. And if you're going to charge to come out- TELL THE CLIENT. He wanted to try to blame my husband and myself for "not understanding" that there would be a charge to come to the property. How do you not understand something you were never informed of? He also wanted to say that I wasn't clear in my project details. If it's "not clear" or more detail is needed, it's the businesses' responsibility to ask more questions before giving a quote. We also had them scheduled to arrive at 10 AM and they casually pulled up at 11:30 am as if people don't have other things to do. --We NEVER told you that the work would be completed today. Never. That sounds like an issue on your end. We said several times that we wanted you to "come look at everything". In what world does that mean complete the job? & I will leave whatever negative reviews that I feel are needed. I think I mentioned there was no drywall charge on the receipt they provided from HD. That's because they must've brought it from who knows where. The reason there was a huge wave or bump in the drywall was because they used a much thicker panel than the 1/2 inch that was consistent in the room. Posted pictures. The wall that looks professional, is ready for paint tomorrow. Don't let these clowns in your home under ANY circumstances. He also replied to the review. To show just how ignorant he is, he accuses me of using the same drywall! lol!!!! The pictures CLEARLY show both pieces of drywall, nail holes and all, yet this moron thinks you are dumb and blind. Notice he doesn't address any of the other issues with this project, just sassy unfounded retorts that are easily debunked by simply comparing photos.

From start to finish, they responded in a reasonable amount of time (they were the first to respond in fact when I sent out requests for quotes to mount a 55-inch Smart TV), Antonio was most helpful regarding their procedure and what I needed to do to prepare, and they were very communicative and transparent regarding their pricing. They actually thanked me for choosing them, and they accept a variety of options for payment. Some companies are so restrictive on that and they are not. They value the customer relationship, and it really shows. That's not so common these days. Vincent, who did the mounting, likewise communicated well regarding his expected arrival, arrived at that time, and handled the issue well. He was able to reposition the frame to where the new television was not six inches above the previous one because they were different brands. He made that decision in our best interest to prevent us from having to strain our necks from enjoying television time in our living room, and I'm very appreciative of that.
