We also had them scheduled to arrive at 10 AM and they casually pulled up at 11:30 am as if people don't have other things to do. --We NEVER told you that the work would be completed today. Never. That sounds like an issue on your end. We said several times that we wanted you to "come look at everything". In what world does that mean complete the job? & I will leave whatever negative reviews that I feel are needed.
