And I can't stop thinking about the appetizer platter. Their price for everything was affordable and more than fair. I highly recommend them for any catering need or party. We hired Starlight Sushi for my daughter's 10th birthday party, and boy, they were better than I anticipated. First and foremost, the quality of their fish was five stars which was my priority. I never want my guests to get sick after my parties, and sushi can be scary, but that's not the case with Starlight. They were clean and organized, and the sushi chef Steven was an incredibly kind and humble gentleman. The company sent servers, and they were also extremely accommodating and friendly! They even decorated their sushi station with the most beautiful Japanese cherry blossom trees and other little details! My birthday girl was delighted, and so were our guests!
