    We took our vacuum in for repairs and Josh repaired it on the spot. Runs great now! Josh was very efficient and friendly.

    These guys are great. Had a broken cord on my nice Sebo and they showed me how to fix it. I highly recommend Stark's vacuums in Gresham!

    His company needs to be reported for fraud. They are running quite a scam. After reading other…read morereviews, it appears that the owner comes for repairs, claims he needs to order the part, and quotes a price that includes labor. I paid him over $315 for a part I never received and an installation that never took place. I have called multiple times and always get the same office person who tells me he is taking care of it and that a check is in the mail, blah, blah, blah. In my opinion, she is just as guilty for knowing what is happening and lying on his behalf. She must be related to him, as she justifies his fraud. perpetuates This man should be arrested for the scam he perpetuates on multiple customers. It's disgusting that I will have to file a small claims court against him. There is no integrity, morals, or justification for this behavior.

    My Rating is Poor…read more Nathan was at my home 9-30-24 to fix the motor in my ice maker. He had to order the part. The cost was $274.00. He does not take credit cards so I wrote a check to Gresham Appliance even though he would have preferred to have it made out to him. He didn't have a receipt book. He came a week later to install the motor. Still no receipt. The part didn't work so he came back again and said he would order another. Still no receipt. He came back and said he had not installed the motor correctly and he fixed it. Still no receipt. Since then I've made six phone calls to the office asking for a receipt. I got all kinds of excuses from the woman answering the phone. His father in law was sick, he's been busy, he thought he gave it to me. Each time she apologized and said she would get an itemized receipt mailed to me right away. I just called again and got their recording. I left a message repeating the history and said it's time for me to report your company. I'm reporting to the BBB. I do not recommend this company.     This review is based strictly on my "curbside pickup" experience. This honestly could not have…read moregone any better if I'd called ahead and told the pick-up staff that I'd tip whoever could get me my order the fastest $1,000. I was worried that there would be a long wait based on all of the disclaimers on their web page, as well as a previous experience at a different location that took almost 40 minutes to complete my pickup. There were clearly-marked dedicated "curbside pickup" parking spaces right at the front of the store. I pulled in, and didn't even have to to the mobile check-in, an employee was outside asking me if I had an order to pick up as soon as I arrived. I showed her my "ready for pickup" e-mail, she said she'd grab my order, and literally had it to me in about thirty seconds. She was extremely friendly, cheerful, and helpful, and I've never had a more perfect curbside pickup experience. This location doesn't seem to be as busy as most of the others, which probably helps, but even considering this, the service I received was completely over the top. I'm VERY impressed. Well done, Best Buy!

    We've had good experiences in the past few decades purchased roofing, windows, siding, appliances,…read moregarage doors and spend several thousands of dollars a year at the Troutdale Store. That good service ended this morning with an interaction with the manager in self checking over a five dollar battery coupon. We've used these coupons twice in the last several weeks while making purchases. Today the manager told us that Home Depot doesn't accept these coupons although the coupons are with the batteries for customers. We explained we used them twice, recently and had no problems. He then went and removed the coupons and said a rep put them there. We told the manager we were purchasing from Home Depot and not a rep. An experienced manager would have honored the coupon and removed the others if this was in error. This five dollars that Home Depot saved just lost them any future sales to our family. A company that's worth billions and this is how they treat long term customers isn't where we want to shop.

The installation was awful…read more The install team was more interested in getting done for the upcoming weekend that doing it properly. The did not install the new semi-ridged dryer duct which in the documentation stated that it was required. The just used the old duct without even checking it out. The install team did connect the washer to the water supply faucets but did not connect the dryer even though it had the steam option. The duct kit and dryer water kit were just kept by them even though they were paid for. After inspection their work, I also found the install team did not even use a strain relief on the dryer power cord, but ran the cord through the back of the dryer through a hole having sharp metal edges, violating building codes. I contacted Home Depot and after several calls, were able to schedule a return visit of the install team and will see if they will complete the job. The install team also tracked a lot of mud in on my carpet, which I had to clean up after them. You would think they would use the cardboard from the boxes to provide a walkway

    Terrible. Zero stars. The furniture had issues day 1. They didn't repair... After 3 months the…read morefurniture was falling apart. They didn't repair... I had to withhold payment for nearly 8 weeks to get them to repair the furniture. By that time I didn't want it anymore. They are incredibly unprofessional and don't communicate internally. They have continued to call me after we terminated the lease (yes we had the furniture for over 6 months as the contract dictated) They were disrespectful over the phone and didn't listen well. They would call me several times in one day at times, even after talking to a manager and "resolving" a situation. They are kind while you are in the store and do what they can to get you to sign a lease, but after that they are a pain. I will never do business with them again. I plan to continue tracking our interactions (they still call me) in case it leads to a legal dispute.
