I was amazed how quickly he was able to get both transactions completed. The condo was listed at the end of January and in a couple of days we had a firm buyer. This was in a building that had similiar properties that were on the market for weeks or months. Ours was in contract in a few days and closed 3 weeks later. It was the fastest sale of a property that I've personally experienced in my life. Once we had a buyer, Shane focused on helping us negotiate buying another investment property. We found a house in Henderson. The house had just been listed and by the time we were able to get an appointment to tour the house (Feb 10) there were 4 or 5 other interested parties. We liked the house and Shane advised us what to bid. Then we waited, but Shane was working behind the scenes negotiating with the seller's agent. With his skills, he was able to get the seller's agent to accept our bid over the others. It didn't stop there. Once we got the appraisal and inspection reports, Shane was able to get the seller to agree to the lower appraisal amount, saving us thousands off the asking price. We closed escrow about a month after our initial tour of the house. Shane coordinated and negotiated everything for us. Even worked with the lender that I had chosen. He certainly made both transactions go smoothly. We wouldn't think of working with a different agent when we're ready to buy/sell property.

There are not enough complementary words in English language to explain what an exceptional real estate agent and a person she is. Not only is she and her team extremely kind, generous and friendly and yet professional, knowledgeable, detail oriented, fastidious, enthusiastic, expert, a go-getter, responsive, passionate, and has a clear vision on what her client wants and how to obtain it for them. For you skeptics, that may think that I'm some what related to Kaylee from reviewing the praises I give her, I assure you we have never met before we met last March to find rentals. When you visit properties with Kaylee, she'll view the property from the client's point of view and pinpoint out the flaws, rather than trying to convince you to rent the place with the flaws like the other agents do. I have no doubt that Kaylee adds that kind of personal touch to every transaction she makes, and treats her other clients equally. She helped us find the perfect rental for the time being, and we went back to her to purchase a the perfect house 11 months later. She ended up fighting to get us the deal we wanted on the house and we're now proud homeowners in Summerlin.     Scammers. After an eviction (yes, an eviction, but hear me out) they "threw away" all of my…read morebelongings, furniture , electronics etc, immediately. By law they have to store it and provide me reasonable accept my things and charge me for storage, inventory, etc. They texted me and said I could have my stuff for $160. The next day, they stated it was a " full clean out" and that they trashed everything. This was just over 1 week after the eviction. They avoid my calls and texts so I called from a different number. They ended the call promptly when I informed her that the call was being recorded. I have since filed a police report for theft. I also have a statement from the marshal who physically served the eviction and locked us out stating that he saw, and even mentioned to us that we were leaving a lot of stuff behind and that they had to store it for 30 days. This company rents out units "as is" and they are in terrible condition. People pay because they need a place to live. I watched an old lady (a tenant apparently) in the office Complaining about her air conditioner being broke. She kept saying she didn't understand how to submit a ticket online. They were arguing with her instead of trying to help her. It was sad. If you read these reviews carefully, the "good" ones are obviously fake. All the bad reviews have a similar theme and they all complain about the same things.. If you have any other choices, don't rent from here.

The pools, gym, beautiful landscaping, and large grass areas are always so welcoming. Our little dog loves walking around the grounds and playing with the other pups at the dog park. And Basilica, the Italian restaurant is fabulous. We go to happy hour there at least once a week, and watch sports at the Taps & Barrels (amazing beer selection!) next door. I'm not gonna lie ... when the place was first built there were some bumps along the way, but they fixed them quickly and the maintenance crew is extremely responsive whenever we call. Now that the place is totally online, that seems like a distant memory. Our apartment is so spacious and the views out to the pool and downtown Vegas are stunning. It really is premiere living out here!

Before beginning our self-guided tour, we confirmed with the front office that our dogs were allowed to accompany us. The leasing associate welcomed us, provided the fob, and even offered treats to our dogs, commenting on how well-behaved they were. During the tour, however, we were approached by a resident who repeatedly confronted us about having our dogs with us, even after we explained that we had permission from the leasing office. We continued our tour, but later near the pool area, the same resident approached us again. At that moment, my dog was simply sitting on the concrete with one paw touching the grass while we figured out the direction of our next stop. Despite this, the resident continued to make comments and then took a photo of us without our permission before walking away. This encounter made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. Our dogs were calm, leashed, and fully under control the entire time, and the leasing office had explicitly allowed them to be with us during the tour. Because of how uncomfortable this resident made us feel, we ended our tour early and returned the fob. It was upsetting that a tour we were genuinely excited about was overshadowed by this interaction. While we appreciated the kindness of the leasing staff, the experience with this resident left a very negative impression. I hope management takes note, as no prospective resident should be made to feel this way--especially while following all the guidelines given by the leasing office.

    I had been managing our home for many years and was hesitant bringing on a property manager. Now…read morethat I have done so, I'm so glad to be working with Five Star Property Management and the Blue Team. Matthew and Randy from Five Star Property Management mentioned they have a philosophy of treating customers' homes like their own, and it really feels this way. I experienced some unforeseen problems with an existing tenant. The Five Star Property Management team has really taken it upon themselves to work with me through these problems which I appreciate. They were even able to surface problems with this tenant that weren't caught before. In terms of the Blue Team that I work with, Dominique and Trinity have been amazing. They are currently helping turn the home over after a challenging move out situation, and I appreciate how proactive they have been with communications and getting the home ready. I also appreciate the sense of urgency they are working with as it is not easy as a home owner to have a home sit empty. If you're even thinking about a property management company, do yourself a favor and at least have a conversation with Five Star Property Management.
