The process became a nightmare for the animal and a show for the neighborhood. Once the gator was brought to shore and tied, the woman allowed a young child to stand on the alligator and others to photograph it. Then it was dragged about 100 feet and thrown into the back of a truck. It was the most egregious behavior by a supposed "professional" and there was absolutely no respect for the animal.

Within hours Genesis dispatched Bryant to my location and he performed a full exterior and interior inspection and determined that not only had rodents been in my unit, but he was able to identify and nail down exactly where the rodents were getting into the actual building itself and the numerous entry points where they were reeking havoc. We are currently working on getting a blanket agreement with our condo association to get all of our buildings serviced, and have all entry points excluded from any future entry. This was the ONLY company i spoke with that was actually willing to address the root problem, instead of recommending minor, band aid solutions, and trying to take my money. This time another person came and blasted them - and it seemed to work and they were coming for the 3rd and hopefully final time. We had opened a trunk in living room and it was bad and he sprayed them. I texted that it had been very effective and I was going to empty cupboards and would they do another spray and knowing it might be more expensive to them then they had anticipated I offered to pay This time the owner Tia came and informed me she had only read the text in the morning and they could not spray again so soon so I guess they were only going to put down some bait. Remember there not spraying correctly the first time cost me an additional two weeks and gave the bugs a chance to multiply. No one likes bugs but I have a emotional reaction and am very anxious which she knew. I am literally sleeping with lights on So here we are standing in my condo with my kitchen in boxes. I had spent the morning cleaning so when they sprayed it would be on a clean surface so I had removed a lot of the residual. I pointed out that some had made it to my bedroom and the guy said he had not sprayed as he had not wanted to damage my clothes What??? Nope - I had to wait another week for her to be able to spray what??? (Again) But you didn't spray in there. I said well let's check the trunk cuz I'm not opening it alone and the bugs were thriving. She would not spray What? (Yes-again) And they left saying they would be back in a week to spray. Did not even put the bait down. In case you are thinking I may have pushed them away - no - I am not raising my voice or doing anything disrespectful I was too busy trying to process that they were leaving me and giving the gang yet another week to reproduce. No stickies - no bait - no suggestions as to what I might do to make the week easier on me. They just left What!?! I don't want them back. So yes I will use another company and wrapped and threw out the trunk but the lack of concern was mind boggling to me. They just left with the intention to come back 7 days later So I take back every nice thing I said about the company. Termite inspection by another company found termite infestation and profound damage which was not detected by The Lightning company for years. They admitted their fault, sent the claim to their insurance company somewhere in New Jersey which was denied. We ended up with $50K repairs of the half of the first floor thanks to the The lightning termite and pest control crooked company.

I thought they were out of business but was told today they were still under new management/ name so I'm posting this in hopes nobody else is being treated this way. Several other 1 star reviews. Never let Larry do the inspection, evidently he is still working there doing the exact same thing but again, it was renamed after the controversy. If an issue arises, only get another inspector or another company. Larry did not help me and was rude and blunt and negative.
