Looking forward to taking back my yard and being able to entertain family and friends again without having to worry about being carried away by mosquitoes. He came after 6 tonight because he got caught up with another job but he called and communicated that in a professional manner and was apologetic when he got here. Which there was no need for, I know it's a busy time of year for bugs and pests. He conversed with my Dad and kids. And he had such a great personality about him, we just welcomed him fully. I told him I'd be cooking dinner so when he got here he did the outside first then moved to the inside. He was very considerate of our family dinner time. And he was careful and courteous of my home, I didn't have any sticky bug spray messes to clean up after he left. Five stars for Mr. Don and Lane Pest Control! (Not to mention, great price!)

I knew it was something alive, but I was not really sure what it was. Unfortunately, a few days later, I discovered we had an entire family of raccoons (with babies) living in an area that was very difficult to access. After contacting Beach Boy Wildlife Removal, Doug & Brian hit the road running when they first arrived 2 weeks ago. They were so friendly to work with, immediately laying out a plan and assured us that they would "take care of business." They stayed in constant contact with us, checked our house regularly while implementing their plan carefully. Finally, today we had SUCCESS, and our raccoon family has now moved on to greener pastures. We can not say enough about BBWR, Doug & Brian. They were fantastic!!

I wrote them a great review as the 'dad' spent a lot of time and went in every nook and cranny…read more Unfortunately he did not use an effective killer and I waited 2 weeks for my next visit. This time another person came and blasted them - and it seemed to work and they were coming for the 3rd and hopefully final time. We had opened a trunk in living room and it was bad and he sprayed them. I texted that it had been very effective and I was going to empty cupboards and would they do another spray and knowing it might be more expensive to them then they had anticipated I offered to pay This time the owner Tia came and informed me she had only read the text in the morning and they could not spray again so soon so I guess they were only going to put down some bait. Remember there not spraying correctly the first time cost me an additional two weeks and gave the bugs a chance to multiply. No one likes bugs but I have a emotional reaction and am very anxious which she knew. I am literally sleeping with lights on So here we are standing in my condo with my kitchen in boxes. I had spent the morning cleaning so when they sprayed it would be on a clean surface so I had removed a lot of the residual. I pointed out that some had made it to my bedroom and the guy said he had not sprayed as he had not wanted to damage my clothes What??? Nope - I had to wait another week for her to be able to spray what??? (Again) But you didn't spray in there. I said well let's check the trunk cuz I'm not opening it alone and the bugs were thriving. She would not spray What? (Yes-again) And they left saying they would be back in a week to spray. Did not even put the bait down. In case you are thinking I may have pushed them away - no - I am not raising my voice or doing anything disrespectful I was too busy trying to process that they were leaving me and giving the gang yet another week to reproduce. No stickies - no bait - no suggestions as to what I might do to make the week easier on me. They just left What!?! I don't want them back. So yes I will use another company and wrapped and threw out the trunk but the lack of concern was mind boggling to me. They just left with the intention to come back 7 days later So I take back every nice thing I said about the company. ( Her dad was really great and concerned but unfortunately he is not in charge) i paid by check so they would not have to eat the cc fees Never again.

This is a great company. The owner will talk to you anytime and give you his cell number so you can contact him directly. That said, this isn't a one man show at all. They've got lots of trucks and vans and they service all over the Myrtle Beach area. They of course do everything from ants, to termites, and anything beyond. Their prices are great too! We use them for quarter pest tube service and they're terrific. They have an automated textng system that notifies you way in advance of your appt and you can easily reschedule any appt as well. Besides the fact that I've always been impressed with their service and their technicians, they have amazing phone customer service too. One final component to their business that I love is that they email me a copy of my invoice, which has a direct link to their website, where I can then pay for the service using my credit card. Its super convenient because I dont have to mail them a check or call to pay unless I want to. They do accept payment over the phone and through the mail. Note, for regular customers, you need not be home to have them do pest control for you. They'll leave you a paper invoice or email it to you. Finally, they also offer discounts to our military and to senior citizens. Overall, I can't see myself ever using a different pest control company, for the many reasons I've explained. Their products, technicians, and service are simply top shelf and yet they won't break your bank.
