Babak was amazing with the work he did as the rugs look beautiful, and brighter than they went out. (Shoes not worn on the rugs, simply dust. Vacuuming is something that is very risky to do ... so only lightly done.) I highly recommend Babak, and will be calling him again when it is time for the same work to be done. A new rug also was cleaned, and looks as though it just came from the store!

Turns out there is A LOT left yet not at the sale prices I was hoping for. Many large items - even at 75% off still priced well above $1,000 per piece. Not staged as beautifully as their LA location for good reason. I will say - as far as store closings go - there wasn't a ridiculous amount of damaged pieces still unreasonably priced like at RH Outlet. Great care is still being taken. Staff is still attentive and welcoming. Place is clean and inspiring. 4 stars for the pricing. Sooo expensive. For these prices, I would rather find a local custom upholsterer for half the price.

In my opinion, I would describe it as "less expensive" than RH retail shops, but far from a good deal. On top of that, many of the items appear to have some damage and/or wear. The ones that didn't look damaged looked like they were there for the other obvious reason - dull, lacking in style or aesthetics and nobody wanted it. If you live nearby, maybe worth a look. I would not go out of my way to visit this outlet. I can't really comment on the quality of their service and staff since nobody greeted me or said a word the entire time I was there. So I have no way to judge. 2.5/5 stars.
