We had a body guy from church do the door work. He did a great job but he is not a painter. We tried to take it to a Bodyshop on GW Hiway. But they closed up for a few days and stopped returning calls. I took it Jason at Color Solutions. He looked it over and gave us a very fair estimate for the paint. He scheduled us for after Thanksgiving. We brought it in, and they took over the job. Two days later we got cell pics showing the re-done paint. Picked it up the next day (That was earlier today) and we are very pleased with their work. It's a two-year-old metallic silver Ford. They did a really awesome job of matching the color as well as blending it to the factory paint. You have to look really hard at the panels to notice where they blended the paints. These folks are very talented, professional, excellent communication and on time. I would not hesitate to use them again! Great job by your team Jason! Thank you!

After taking my 4Runner to a couple different shops for quotes, I settled here because on the…read morecustomer service I had already encountered. I walked in and asked for a quote. The owner follows me out, takes some pictures of the damage on my front fender and door, asks some questions, and explains to me he'll need to write up a quote and email it to me. I was a little skeptical, thinking I wouldn't get an email because other things got in the way, but sure enough, I received one later that evening. The shop quote was just under what I had been receiving from other shops and the owner was very nice when talking outside of the shop so I decided to trust them with the work. They quoted me 3 days and sure enough, 3 days had passed and I received a call stating it was ready to pick up. I headed there almost immediately, eager to see how it looked. I was very pleased to see how clean everything looked, and how you couldn't tell a difference in paint tones, seeing as the original paint is 15+ years old. I highly recommend this shop for any paint and body needs. I'm thrilled with the turn out of mine and I won't hesitate to use them again, if need be.

Daniel did AN AMAZING job on my car and was BEYOND helpful. I could tell that he was truly interested in making sure I was taken care of. Long story short, there was a lot of damage to my front end from an accident in January of this year and my insurance wouldn't cover it, so i had to pay out of pocket. I went to 4 other collision repair centers and they all quoted me at worst case scenario just as Dan did, and they were $2-3k higher than Dan's estimate. I found this shop close to me and the reviews were good! Now I know why. Not only was the work done on my car great but Daniel is such nice and honest man. The time to fix my car was short but the service I got was awesome! I got calls updating me on the progress and process and when I picked up my car the whole thing was vacuumed like I had just bought it. There were a couple things that needed to be touched up, normal stuff and not a reflection of his work. I'm also having additional work on a totally non related part of my car fixed with him next week. Definitely recommend and will definitely have any work I need done in the future done by him.

I can always tell a company is about business when they open before 9am lol. I was greeted by friendly staff at the door and they explained the entire process to me and I knew exactly what to expect. The receptionists were kind and patient as I saw them interact with another customer before me where there was a language barrier. Surprisingly, Enterprise Rent - A - Car was actually located in the building and collected me from the lobby and let me know my rental was waiting for me! Within 48 hours, the claim results, delivery date for my parts, and eta on completion was all provided by my personal care coordinator Brendan! Literally within 2 days! I hate dealing with auto body shops because my past experiences has been less than so receiving superb service from Elite Auto Body has restored my faith and trust! They kept me well informed on the repairs and had a rental car company (Enterprise) in house so everything was so convenient. My first appointment I was able to get an estimate, drop off, and get the rental keys in my hand so this was the fastest process I've ever encountered. After my repairs were all done they also automatically offered me a lifetime warranty on the repairs for free!
