The food has been excellent at all 3 restaurants. The executive lounge has all you can eat and drink (unlimited wine with many choices + soft & alcohol drinks)from 6-8pm. The breakfast buffet was very complete with bacon, eggs, fruit, pastries and Lavassa coffee. The hotel restaurant was excellent, I had a breaded Veal chop that was a 10/10, my wife enjoyed her risotto. The service at Hilton Milan was also 10/10. Any request that we made was taken care immediately. When we checked into the room,it smelled of cigarette smoke, they had no similar rooms available, but they brought an "ionizer?" that cleared the smell while we were enjoying the free executive lounge. Taxis have been readily available outside the lobby and the taxi prices have been cheaper than UBER. We are usually hard to please, but Hilton Milan has lived up to our expectations. After the onboatd announcement, two days before disembarkation, we quickly moved to reschedule our stop in Bologna. We decided to go to Milan as it was unaffected by the storm. We found two rooms in this moderately priced hotel in the Greco area north of the city, a residential area. Nice property with a lovely courtyard and a good breakfast buffet. Our first night, we awke to a malodorous smell resulting in difficulty breathing and burning eyes. We rushed out of the room, and my daughter ran to the lobby to alert the night manager. He was skeptical until he opened the door and was overcome by the smell. It turned out to be a leak in the refrigerator. Had we not awakened, the situation could have been deadly. The manager opened the window and assisted in moving our belongings to another room. After rinsing our face and eyes, we three settled into our new room for a few hours of sleep. One might think, the hotel would offer a reparation for the situation, but there was none. Certainly, a complaint to IH Hotels will be forthcoming. 71

The room had a huge wet stain that smelled of animal pee and mold right at the entrance. There was obvious water damage on the ceiling. The bathroom lights were flickering and the shower did not drain properly. The whole room smelled of mold and the windows did not open fully so we couldn't even air it out. We asked the desk and they sent someone to clean the spot which made absolutely no difference. Way overpriced for such a terrible hotel room.

There is a metro station near by. The hotel was always clean. Any issue we had with the room they quickly came to address it. I noticed that the AC has their own preset timer and it shuts off. When I called they would turn it back on. The bathroom had a good amount of space and was in perfect condition. There wasn't much noise. There are a few restaurants nearby. We even found a Peruvian restaurant within a 10 minute walk. Overall it was a great stay. I didn't much like the food at their restaurant but their breakfast buffet was pretty good.

There nis a bank across the street, BNP Paribas, groceey store Carrefour, a block away is Metro Turro station, that can take you to center-Duomo, and a local ice cream shop-Marabu. Location is great . There's a private parking garage and it is free for the hotel guest. Amenities includes gym, free WiFi, hot breakfast buffet, coffee and tea for rthe rooms. Breakfast buffet could be better compare to other hotels I've been but it good to fill you up for an action pack day in Milan. Interior decor is outdated, I guess it is Italians like classic look- red theme color. Exterior looks modern (glass building) but interior lools old. The room key is a real key comes with a 3lbs heavey brass metal. You supposed to leave the key pn the front desk every time you leave the hotel. The staff are really good especially the host at the restaurant. Yes, the hotel restaurant and bar staff is really great with awesome customer service. We had a family dinner here and he gave the most utmost attention not just to us but to every customer thay dined in. The best part he did it alone. Food didn't disappoint either, compliment to the chef anf kitchen staff. Since we have a big party, the chef gave us complimentary dessert and coffee service. I will give a 4 star if they could renovate the interior, other than that our stay was great thanks to the awesome Hotel Staff.

When we arrived, our room wasn't ready yet since we had arrived early for checkin, so we had to wait a bit. We were pretty hungry at that point, and since our room wasn't ready, the app for ordering food wasn't working for us. But the guest relations team stepped in, took our order personally, and made sure the food was delivered right after we got into our room. Honestly, they couldn't have handled it better. The location is also great, with a beautiful view of Milano Centrale station. Without doing any research, we were able to hop on the airport shuttle and get dropped off just two minutes from the hotel, which was incredibly convenient. Breakfast was amazing too. They even had a DIY juicer, which I loved so much I actually wanted one for my home. I'm not even a dessert person, but I tried the pastries and they were so good. Everything about this hotel felt thoughtful and well done. The service, room, the overall experience, everything was perfect! No complaints at all. Highly recommend!
