Their coffee is offensive to all of Italy. Completely unremarkable food that isn't worth the price. -For how big the room was, the shower was SO small. The handle was insanely temperamental and it's a few centimeters between getting burned to death or frozen. Overall I would not stay here again or recommend it.

The worst experience we had for our hotel in Italy! Reasons:…read more1. Cold room in the winter The max temp the room can go is 24C when we called them to increase the temp they just said No! rudely. The room is cold even during the day and not needed to say coldest at night. I come from the US, and among all the hotels I went, this is the coldest among all!!! 2. Unfunctional radiator The radiator which warms the room is behind the curtains to when you close thecurtains at night, the warm weather would go outide. So cold nights!! Useless!!! 3. 2 twin beds sold as king bed They charged us for king bed when they put 2 twin beds next to each other. You cant even sleep in the middle as it is so uncomfortable. 4. Small sized trash cans We could not even find the rooms's trash can at first so small can under the table and dont let me start on the can they put at the bathroom sooo tiny.

Pros: * A few minutes easy walk from the central station,…read moreand convenient access to nearby restaurants and stores. * Check-in staff were smilingly personable, patient, and attentive. * The guest room is comfortably clean, spacious, and sound-proof. Cons: * Guest room lighting controls are too counterintuitive and confusing to manage. * Guest room air-conditioning setting is too counterintuitive and confusing to adjust. * Bathroom shower water-control is too counterintuitive and confusing to adjust, and hot water supply remained uncomfortably lukewarm despite repeated attempts to adjust it. * Shower booth glass panel is too narrow to shield splashing water, making the floor wet and slippery, which may cause fall or even injury. * Morning buffet was lackluster, and some food items such as fruit and bread didn't taste fresh. * Lounge setting is aesthetic, but the dark patterns of guestroom hallway carpet is visually unpleasant. * Only one elevator is in operation. Overall, this Hilton location warrants enhanced managerial attention.

After the onboatd announcement, two days before disembarkation, we quickly moved to reschedule our stop in Bologna. We decided to go to Milan as it was unaffected by the storm. We found two rooms in this moderately priced hotel in the Greco area north of the city, a residential area. Nice property with a lovely courtyard and a good breakfast buffet. Our first night, we awke to a malodorous smell resulting in difficulty breathing and burning eyes. We rushed out of the room, and my daughter ran to the lobby to alert the night manager. He was skeptical until he opened the door and was overcome by the smell. It turned out to be a leak in the refrigerator. Had we not awakened, the situation could have been deadly. The manager opened the window and assisted in moving our belongings to another room. After rinsing our face and eyes, we three settled into our new room for a few hours of sleep. One might think, the hotel would offer a reparation for the situation, but there was none. Certainly, a complaint to IH Hotels will be forthcoming. 71

Food didn't disappoint either, compliment to the chef anf kitchen staff. Since we have a big party, the chef gave us complimentary dessert and coffee service. I will give a 4 star if they could renovate the interior, other than that our stay was great thanks to the awesome Hotel Staff.
