But the guest relations team stepped in, took our order personally, and made sure the food was delivered right after we got into our room. Honestly, they couldn't have handled it better. The location is also great, with a beautiful view of Milano Centrale station. Without doing any research, we were able to hop on the airport shuttle and get dropped off just two minutes from the hotel, which was incredibly convenient. Breakfast was amazing too.
