Great convenient location from Milano central station and to/from Malpensa MXP. We also walked to the Duomo, Castillo Sforzesco, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. Overall the room was comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The only minor issue for me was the insulation of the windows were not the best that I could hear the sirens and traffic down the street at night.

Just spent 5 (mostly) enjoyable nights at the AC Hotel Milano with my wife. Service was pleasant, design was modern/chic and the food was good. Unfortunately, there was one MAJOR blunder that takes away some points: The cleaning ladies left the door open one day! Upon returning from a long day, my wife and I found out the door wasn't property shut in our room. If you consider the time we came back, our room must have been open for a good 6 hours. Luckily, nothing was missing in our room; which points to a simple human mistake. Besides that big blunder, we enjoyed the location close to the hotspot of Isola and 5 minutes away from a big train station. (A bit sketchy at night, so we recommend a taxi/Uber). Special thank you to Domenico in the front desk who went above and beyond to give us excellent service.

so there are two milan stations..make sure you do not go to the central (large) one... that one is a good twenty blocks plus away. The concierge staff was friendly. I suggest utilizing them on directions, places to eat etc. The rooms themselves were comfortable... I think I feel asleep in ten minutes (super comfy bed) Like all AC hotels.. the sodas and waters etc in the fridge are free. There are also waters available in the large gym.

Quite decent business hotel in Milan with good access to underground. Their restaurant is very good; the risotto was very good but the grilled vegetables were incredibly delicious, tastier than grilled vegetables have any right being. Breakfast was just okay, but plentiful and with lots of fresh fruit as well as a la cart espressi etc. My room was well appointed and modern, but they don't seem to vacuum very religiously (the rest of the room was definitely spotless, and if not for my yoga routine I'd never have noticed the dust bunny ranch under the bed). The hall door is just next to the glass door to the bathroom, which was slightly weird but not a huge deal. Staff is lovely, good deal. I will definitely stay here again. I added a photo of the area nearby; forgot to save hotel photos.

This hotel's staff - Xenia and Adriano at the front desk, and bar and restaurant personnel - understand what hospitality really looks like. We came to this hotel after a completely messed up day that included rerouted trains and plans redone on the fly, and the staff made it all better, for adults and kids alike. Rooms are a bit small, but we were not there much. Kids slept on bunk beds that need some TLC, otherwise very clean and nice accommodations. Terrific breakfast, too. As a bonus, there is a pedestrian area right around the corner from the hotel with some really nice restaurants, that are so much more authentic and less expensive than the tourist traps! We had a great meal at Ristorante Borsieri 39.

Tried to get it fixed and led with we are fully sold out, and nothing is guaranteed. Then why do you have multiple booking options on Priceline if nothing is guaranteed? I'm paying $225 a night, second room reeked of smoke, third room was fine... next day housekeeping showed up at 2:30 I was in the shower so I said not right now, go to front desk and say I'm out the shower can you send housekeeping. She tells me it's over for the day. Then argues I had my key in the room and that's why she didn't come. Hotel likes to argue.. I ask for two towels. Given one, ask for another, and she argues I'm one person. Excuse me? I am not allowed to take two showers? Victoria likes to argue. Well argue this complaint. Okay?

I went to Hotel Zara Milano earlier this month and had booked a single room. I entered the room and…read moreeverything seemed fine, went into the shower which had two glass doors. The second I pulled the handle on the glass door to shut it I heard a very loud cracking sound all over and then a crash, the entire door just completely broke into tiny little glass pieces and fell at my feet. I look down and all I could see was glass and blood. Huge amounts of blood that I couldn't identify the source of. I tried to focus and noticed that my toe was deeply cut. The issue was there was now a bed of glass and in order for me to leave the shower and get to safety there was no way out other than actually walking on the glass. I did and went and on the bed and tried to take control of my foot's situation and then called the receptionist. Her name was Simona and she came and entered the room to the sight of glass and blood. Her reaction was so casual that I felt as if nothing had actually happened and I was just imagining things. She got me iodine and antiseptic and did not even bother to get band-aids, I had to ask her for them and she very casually told me that she didn't think she had them and she will look for some. She got them for me after a while. A cleaning lady came and cleaned the glass from the room (badly, as days later I kept discovering pieces of glass in the room and in the corridor as well which was causing me to drag more glass pieces into the room when I was walking in). I should mention that the cleaning lady seemed a lot more concerned about me and all the blood she'd seen than Simona. I came back to the hotel and asked them for how they were going to compensate me and Simona just looked so confused, she made it seem like it was something completely normal and they had fixed the door so it was good enough of them and that I shouldn't be complaining or asking for any compensation. There was another receptionist called Amadeiu whom was even more inappropriate and told me that it was good enough that they didn't make me pay for the damages of the door. Also, whenever Simona would be there she would just start talking to Amadeiu in Italian which I felt was very rude.
