Ok, where do I start off. I came here a few days ago for my nephews birthday party. When I got there, I noticed the place was a little outdated but it was very kid-friendly with arcade games and prizes. The set up was ok. A folding table with the cake and presents. Your typical bowling place/birthday party foods- pizza, nachos, fries, wings etc. The pizza was a bit greasy but overall it was ok. The sizes were small, medium, large, family and jumbo. 2 family pizzas and 6wings ran us 54 dollars. 79 dollars for a family pizza, a pitcher of pop and 1 lane with 6pairs of shoes. Everything for the most part I thought was going well until I noticed my sister a little dissapointed and uneasy. I asked her what was wrong and she told me that a particular staff was being very rude to her and my brother in law. I turned to look at the counter which was directly in front of our table. I noticed this employee giving our party crew a very horrible stare down. He seemed very bothered to help us at all with any requests including the purchasing of bowling shoes for rental. I asked for a manager and he said there was No Manager! I was so highly upset with the way we were being treated. I finally came across another employee who was very kind and very helpful. Thank You Leanne!! I hope I got your name right. You represent what a true professional employee is. She gave us the name if her manager and told us she would be in that very next day. She apologized for this rude employees behavior and gave us a few free rental shoes and free token coins for the arcade. She told us also not to let this 1 person ruin our visit and she would contact management. Later that day, management came in. Im guessing because LeAnne called. He also apologized and informed us that he would no longer be working for them- the rude employee. He made our visit more enjoyable. I would have normally given this place 1star but because the right people stepped up and put customer service first, i give 4stars. Will I return? Probably.. I'd like to see how my return visit would go. Again, thank you LeAnne!

Good old Stardust saved the day with their arcade for my six year old niece who wanted to go play games and the claw machine.

Worst place I've ever been. Lanes kept breaking over and over again. I would rate this 0 stars if I could.

On the other hand, this place is also a little more high end compared to your old fashion bowling/dive bar places. The location was very easy to find. We used Google Navigation and it lead us directly to the place. If you miss the entrance, it might be a little annoying to backtrack but no big issues. Parking was no issues and it is very big compared to the size of the building. We showed up on a busy Wednesday where it is penny pins so you only pay a penny per pin you knock down. Essentially...the worst you are, the cheaper your game will be. Inside the building is very nice and clean. There are two entrances..one is a "restaurant" and the other is the decent sized arcade and bowling. There is a self serving beer tap. And they do serve food. They do a little star less due to the prices of the food as well. It is better than your traditional bar/bowling food but it is a little more expensive. Also, I do enjoy the service of the self serving beer tap. They had a lot of selections of beer, 1-2 seltzers, 1 cider and ~5 wine selection. Also, they do have a "limit" of ~32 oz where the bartender can allow you or less depending on how you act. I do appreciate that so while you can drink feely, no one is getting drunk. I think we were paying ~.60 cents an oz and it does tell you how much your drink will cost as you are pouring. Also, they do have a small water station will is greatly appreciated. The arcade is decently sized. They do have a lot of selections of games but it is not a place where I would go just for the arcade. The size is good for after bowling or while you are waiting for your lane. Overall, I am very impressed with this location. Food, self serving beer tap, and arcades... I am fan of Twisted Pins and I would be back in the future.

I was skeptical but honestly, because of Pinstripes, this may have been the best work party I've been to. I didn't see a lot of the place because I didn't visit the bar upstairs, and we were downstairs for our meeting-party. The meeting room is quite large and accommodated our group of 50 or so people easily. The food was really good too; we had some chicken, Mac and cheese, ribs, and more. The sliders weren't my favorite because they were really pink inside, so I skipped that. The other stuff I had was quite delicious. But the best part was the games. I mean I'm a board game enthusiast but have never played bocce and now I am wondering why not. It was so much fun. I mean I'm ready to buy a lawn set, or join a bocce league or whatever. The rules are simple but it's fun. They also have a really gorgeous patio area that another group was apparently going to be using, and that space is along the riverfront. I would be super glad if we came back to Pinstripes, to the extent that I'm going to make sure our VP knows how much we enjoyed it. There's no dedicated parking so you'll need to take a taxi or find a spot in a nearby lot. Spothero was great for that, since my spot was cheaper than the validated parking that Pinstripes offers.

The food was kind of like bar food but had a little bit of an upscale feel to it and everything was very tasty. I highly recommend this spot for a night out or a company function as they were on point for both the night we were there.

Just not a good experience after being told there was no time limit originally they told us our time was up and brought us the bill. Don't come here if you're planning to visit and relax because apparently your expected to shovel down your food and drinks and GTFO. I also felt very bait and switched I called and was told the Galentines special would have vendors so we can go shopping. I was excited to think we would have food, visiting, plus activities but we only had 3 vendors one of which had already left by the time I went looking for them. They did have lush who had a crafting station for your own bath products plus a goody bag so they were definitely a high light. But I'd really anticipated something different from the advertisement especially when I called and asked questions about the event. There were no jewelry, nails, crafts or anything other than one vender with purses and watches. So this could have definitely had more variety. The DJ was in a completely different room so it wasn't like you could ask for songs and get to sit and enjoy them. The omelettes were decent, chocolate fountain had good strawberries, although I think they use melting chips. The buffett felt very carb forward. Two pastas, pizza, fries with a very small carving station compromised of what looked like two very small dried out looking pieces of meat and chicken strips and chicken in the buffet. So not much variety. I would say there's definitely better buffets with better selections where you can get your money worth and not be given a time limit so you can actually visit the people your with rather than feeling like you need to rush as even the bottomless mimosas are time limited.

This was my first time here and let me tell you...Stardust Bowl 2 is everything you'd expect a local hometown bowling alley to be (and I say that in a non-judgmental observational kind of way). 1. There's the local cop who is stationed there -- why is that, I wonder? Is there imminent harm from the local drunk? 2. I'm sure the lady that rang us up was named Marge or Peggy or Mary Sue 3. Everyone has this friendly demeanor that still tells you that they won't throw you no farther than they can catch you. 4. I suddenly felt transported to an 90s version of back to the future. If I'd seen Marty, I wouldn't have been shocked! 5. The fun we had was so wholesome and genuine. 6. A lovely mixed crowd of old, young, families, singles, first dates, and the pro-bowlers. 7. The guy at the counter was nice and said they'll take care of it, we filled out a couple sheets for the ball info and our info and they said they'll have the pro shop fix them. Well, we got them back the first time, hardly anything was done, the employee of the pro shop was extremely rude with us that day as well. So we left them there to get resurfaced, and the employee told us to just talk to Jason(the owner of the pro shop) when he comes back the next day. So I did, he resurfaced the balls himself. 2 of the 3 are okay, they have blemishes but they're smooth. The third one, my Evoke Hysteria(i bought this ball 3 weeks ago), 90% of the coverstock was taken off to remove the issues. The USBC serial numbers are partially gone so it is INELIGIBLE and not legal to use in my upcoming sanctioned league or tournaments. The GM of the alley told my wife that they're not able to replace the ball and there's nothing they can do. Im sorry, but you acknowledged your lane equipment messed up our balls, you're liable for the ball. Any reputable alley would do right by it's returning customers and fix/replace a ball that was damaged by your equipment especially a recently purchased one. I DO NOT recommend bowling here, unless you want to have your bowling balls destroyed.
