We had a great time cocktails were great and they looked out for my car after a friend had too many drinks.

I called them if they had open bowling and they just hung up on me. But the good part is that they have good food but every time I come off of the approach there will be flies on my nachos. read more

Great place, the pro shop was awesome larry is the best... the shot was fair, The bathroom was clean and So was the inside. Only wish the lanes were closer I'll be there every day. Larry helped a old bowler live again now i can hang with this new shot and this Skid/Flip mentality.. read more

Nice bowling center, a lot of space for bowlers to roam around and still have bowling equipment in the bowlers area.

We had our school bowling party here on a Friday night and the staff was pleasant. The students had a great time and that's all that mattered. As far as the bowling alley a few hiccups here and there but overall it's a decent place to go bowling with friends and family. read more

For bowling its alright but the service here is aweful. The bartender showes up late , doesn't know or feel like making mixed drinks, and has THE WORST attitude. Come here to bowl but don't expect to get quality drinks or friendly service . read more

Lots of fun. No complaints. Our lane broke a few times, but they were quick to fix it and very attentive.

Good Bowling area. I highly recommend the 12 in. "Cheese Sub" in the little deli area. Mmmmm. There's a pretty decent video game area. Good vending machines. They have little rooms where you can have parties. The bar area is alright. There's a decent pool table, even though it's not free. The Jukebox seems to never be on for some reason, which makes it pretty boring fast sometimes. There's a foozeball table too. The guy that usually bartends might give you dirty looks, but thats just his way I guess. read more

I had my Daughter's Bday party on Saturday, May 19 , scheduling was easy and smooth . The day before my daughters bday party my Husband and I went to the location as advised by the "party planner " to drop off any decorations we might want on the tables , everything was fine until we asked marneee ( the party manager ) if we can request two lanes we preferred ,we understood that it wasn't possible we just thought we ask. The service we got from the marnee was horrible she replied very rude and unprofessional with no it's not impossible , she didn't fit in as a party planner for kids bday parties or any kind in that matter with her rude attitude and her customer service skills . we wanted to let her know what we would like to do in the 3 hours we payed during our party she rudely interrupted me and told me how the party was going to go , i wanted some time for my daughter to open presents and she seemed frustrated that we wanted it that , she made a comment about how kids might take the presents and at that point i was so disappointed that we left the place regretting we even booked a party there how she said it we needed to be out of the building exactly at 8:30 . Next day During the bday party some of my guests sat next to a table during the time i was busy another party host scolded them for using the paper plate settings that were placed on that table by this time my guests had already served themselves pizza , i noticed what was going on and walked over to her the host telling my guest to leave the plate settings on the table and move to the tables in my party i was beyond upset by this time while one of my guest saying "do you expect us to leave the plates we used already" ! i sat my guest by my area and went back and talk to the "party host" it was as simple as to let me know and we could've handle the situation differently i was embarrassed and upset. I asked her not to be rude to my guests I offer to pay her 20 dollars for the 4 plate settings they've used all that drama for 4 plate settings . I mean what is their problem do they have no manners or customer service knowledge . At this point all I wanted was for my party to end ,while we where cutting the cake Marnee the party manager came over to my table told one of the 12 year old girls to stop making noise and give our hostess space so she can help cut the cake I understand thats a reasonable request but again she needs to let me know , these girls were just excited theres no need for them to bother my guest . The only great thing about this whole experience was our Assigned party host don't remember her name but she was wonderful and she was kind and very helpful . This place is amazing very clean and everything looks great aside from marnee that is horrible customer service. read more

Busy spot especially in the winter and fall months... I've bowled at better bowling alleys!!!

I had a birthday party there a few weeks ago. We had great Service from everyone in the entire bowling alley. They have a party room but someone reserved it the same day, so they allowed me to have a couple of tables out to set up food. We had close to 70 people in our party bowling. The guys and girls at the front desk were amazing, the ladies from the concession stand gave us great service and the bartender gave us great service too. The manager was amazing too checking on us constantly. we arrived a little earlier than expected and there was a tournament going on when we arrived, and they were so nice to us while we waited. I strongly recommend this place to those who are looking to bring a group. we received good value for the amount we paid. read more

I've bowled here for years and on several leagues, i go to this place twice a week with friends. The only real downside is it gets packed on mondays and the weekends during open bowling or red-pin. The staff as a whole is great. The whole place was redone about 3 years ago so its vary updated. There new and larger Pro-Shop is great, they have such a hugh selection now and have a pretty good inventory(I've recently bought two new balls and supplys, and Larry brought out different balls of the same weight for me to choose which one I wanted because the resigns vary so much), they also have a great deal of experiance and knowledge of fitting and drilling your ball, again larry helped me with which layout would help my game. I would and have sent friends of mine looking for new equipment to there Pro-shop. Oh one more thing, these guys aren't out to make a quick sale, i was thinking about starting to use a wrist guard because I tend to bowl worse towards the end of the night, and larry and i belive the other guys name is paul, both took the time to talk me threw the pros and cons of using one, so i took there advice went and ended up with one and it has helped my game, i've been other places where they just ask you what size. The bar is redone as well and is nice they have two fairly nice pool tables and a polite staff there as well. the only reason this place didnt get a 5* rating is that theres so many leagues there that open bowling is 1-5 and after 9 most nights and it tends to get packed. other then that this place is great!!! read more

Went there for open bowling on a Thursday night and went to the bar to wait for friends. Pleasantly surprised.......Numerous TV's with variety of sporting events on. Bartender was very friendly and we ended up playing pool on one of the two pool tables they have before heading out to the bowling alley to bowl a few games. Surprised there wasn't a lot of people in the bar or bowling alley....worked out for us!! read more

i have been bowling at olympia for over 20 years. the recent addition to their pro shop has made me take my business for bowling equipment elsewhere. there is no personalized service, there is no deals that are a bargain, and they do not offer any advice. i got the opinion that i was taking up their time with my questions. i will still bowl there but i dont think the management realizes how unprofessional thier employees are with long standing customers. read more
