I purchased a Bernedoodle puppy (originally Purple Collar Biscotti x Lou) from Namaste Bernedoodles…read morein May 2025 for $4,000. Shortly after bringing him home, the puppy was diagnosed by my licensed veterinarian with pica, a compulsive disorder that causes ingestion of non-food items. As a result, he required one obstruction surgery and was taken to the emergency room five times for ingestion of foreign objects during the three and half months that I owned him. This condition required ongoing management and significant expenses. I ultimately returned the puppy to the breeder as outlined under the contract, with a very tearful goodbye. He ingested another foreign object, and I could no longer afford medical expenses for the puppy after spending approximately $15k in medical expenses prior to receiving any insurance reimbursement at that time. In order to return the puppy, I signed a liability waiver and non-disparagement clause, which stated that no financial reimbursement would be provided, a new puppy would not be provided, and that I could not make negative public statements about the breeder. This whole experience has been financially and emotionally devastating for myself and my 5 year-old son. I am sharing only my personal, factual experience so that others can make informed decisions. I would be happy to speak with anyone who would like additional factual information or documentation regarding my experience.

They introduced me to a beautiful all-white female, and from the moment I met her, I knew she was the one. She was an incredible companion and brought joy to our family for 13 1/2 wonderful years. After taking a year and a half off from having dogs, we decided to reach out to WB English Bulldogs again. Today, we have two new bullies from them, and we couldn't be happier. The staff is so kind and helpful, and you can tell they really care for the animals. The facility is clean and spaced out well so the animals aren't all crammed in together. They have a nice outdoor area, too. If you're considering getting a new fur baby, please adopt! There are so many amazing animals that are looking for their forever home. We will always get our animals from Operation Kindness or another shelter. Miss Ethel is such a blessing to our family.

Everyone answered my questions as best they could, and the transparency they displayed was unique. If you have questions about a cat or dog, they will pull up all the information they have - good, bad, and ugly - to help inform your decision. One staff member shared that their better-behaved animals are the ones that are out in the public at places such as PetSmart and Pet Supplies Plus. That makes perfect sense, and the staff at those secondary places can give you even more information as to their behavior. But most of all we felt very comfortable leaving Otis over night for the first time. We were able to watch him via camera and called. Bottom line Otis was happy. We'll be using them again!
