This is absolutely the worst managed Starbucks of any I have been to. They have employees that enjoy talking more than making drinks, they do not staff their location for the demand, and no one moves with a sense of purpose. these people are complete trash and petty. I asked for a venti ice water, waited 30 minutes still no ice water. they have one person messing around in the back one person doing absolutely nothing at the register and one person so called making drinks. customers 20 minutes after me who came in and ordered drinks got their drink before me. absolutely a disgrace of a company, service, and employees. it's bad enough that their prices are absurdly high for bad tasting so called turd flavored coffee. but the fact you can't even get off your ass to make a 20 second water...you deserve every bit of failure you get as a company and it's clearly coming as you shut more stores down every year. read more

This particular Starbucks is really nice because it's in the Stonebridge area and is my first time going inside since I've lived here. But don't seem like I missed out on anything because first off the baristas can't read I was looking at one about to our Splenda in my drink. I specifically asked for stevia which I caught and told her and she was like oh yeah that's right. Now if I wasn't watching my drink would have been more awful then it was. I'm a stevia woman if you know you know. They don't taste the same at all. So I tried to order my regular oat milk shaken brown sugar espresso which they didn't have oat milk so I substituted for almost milk. Only 3 pumps of brown sugar and (4) stevia. I'm not sure if they burnt the beans or gave me some old because it was so awful. Burnt and not a touch of sweetness. Had to go home and doctored it all the way up with my Skinny Syrups and liquid stevia. Not sure if they was having an off day but with all the traffic in the middle of the day there is no excuse! Nice shop, fast service & all the Starbucks items you know & love. If you're planning on hanging out for while, keep in mind that it's very loud, wifi is unreliable to the point of unusable. The table are small & they're aren't many outlets (I was looking for a place to work while my kid is in a program nearby). It's in a little suburban 'town center' so it's not very convenient to park and stop in to pickup a to go order. There are lots of parallel parking spots nearby, but they're tricky to get in & out of, once traffic picks up, I can imagine it will be worse. read more

Staff are kind and the upgraded layout is very nice and clean, but the cold drinks are consistently AWFUL compared to all of the other locations nearby. The cold foam in particular has the consistency of water with no flavor, and the cold brew is nauseatingly acidic and visibly watered down even when ordered with no ice. Even the plain nitro tastes weird from this location... I've gone back a dozen times on different days/times to test it out, and it's always disappointing. read more

It's no mystery that Starbucks is by far my favorite stop for coffee and other selections that are spontaneously dictated by my cravings for great coffee. I have visited literally hundreds of Starbucks' location since they've come into existence and although they all seem to be pretty consistence with the quality of the products they offer; the service, quality of the product, wait-time, cleanliness and accessibility of the location are the five points I will rate all of them on going forward - so to make the point I've recently incorporated a rating system based on this short list to calculate the rating of the locations I visit. I feel all these criterions are controllable by the corporation, the franchise owner or store manager. I love Starbucks. I honest do. However, this location is horrible. I tried to give it a chance however, they hardly ever get my order right, especially when I do a mobile order. I know this is a busy location so the staff might be overwhelmed but other locations in this area don't seem to have the same quality issue. I'd say on average only about 8 out of 10 drinks are made correctly. I can say this location is usually clean and the baristas are friendly. read more

This is the worst Starbucks ever. The service is horrible. I was picking up a mobile order for my friend and they made her frap, but her sandwich was missing. I asked one of the workers if it was still being made and she told me they never received the order? But they made the frap? So I was confused. Then she asked for a screenshot of the receipt. After I showed it to her, another worker asked for a screenshot of the store location which my friend ordered at. How does that even make sense?? You got the order for the frap but not the sandwich and now you're skeptical she ordered the sandwich at a different store?? So anyway, I pulled up a screenshot of the location and it was impossible to get anyone's attention. They pretty much ignored me and weren't willing to help anymore. So I left without my sandwich. Short line in this Starbucks on a Friday afternoon as I stopped in for a quick double espresso for the road. No, this location does not have a drive through but they did have quick service as I walked over after parking. It's a neat outside shopping mall and so they probably get a lot of weekend traffic from the shoppers. Not a convenient location off I-95 for commuters, though. read more

When it comes to my Starbucks, I love that I can always order in my app and this Starbucks does it right! Everywhere else I go, there's always a problem with my customized orders. It's also super convenient because my job is a store a away! I give it 4 stars because a lot if the staff could use some attitude checks, like many places I guess...but I always think of Starbucks as my happy place and I assume that they will put that smile on my face everytime. I fully understand times have us doing buisness differently, but what happened at this particular Starbucks was unnessesary and uncalled for. Especially since I know I was being lied to by the employee Saturday, we set out to drive from Pennsylvania to Florida. Being an avid "Starbucks State Cup" collector, I knew I had five stops to make on my way home. We took our time and stopped in every state we needed. Saturday morning on 5/9 at 9:24am we stopped at this particular store. They were only taking on line orders, but so were some of the other stores I stopped at on this trip. We tried to call the store and tell them what we wanted since you can't buy a cup on line and pick it up, but there was no answer Every other store sold me a cup by simply opening the door and asking for one THIS young lady said "I'm sorry. On line pick up orders only"..... I responded with "I can see the cup from here and I want to use my phone to pay for it, so we don't even have to make any contact with each other" "I can't sell it to you".... "But they sold me one in Delaware just like this!" "Sorry, can't do it" I got one down the street, but THIS young lady needs a lesson in customer service.... read more

Came here on Labor Day afternoon to treat my family. There was no line...it was a group of us. A barista YELLS "the line is that way"....quite embarrassing to say the least so I took everyone's order while they waited outside. Decided to pop in here on my way to my appointment to grab a green tea lemonade and a warmed apple fritter and everything went well. The baristas were quick and efficient. By the time I finished scanning my card to pay and walked to the other end of the bar to get my drink, it was being placed on the counter. I'm out in Woodbridge, VA every 6-7 weeks and when i'm in the area I always go to this Stonebridge location Starbucks. I usually place my order through the Starbucks app for convenience and when I arrive my item(s) are always ready. The place is clean from what I can tell and they are following COVID-19 guidelines and restrictions. The workers that I've encountered have always been pleasant and kind and they make my drink exactly how I want it. I'm not sure how busy this place get on a normal business day since it is located in a shopping center but when I go which is around 8-9:15am, it's never crowded and they get people in and out fairly quickly. read more

This Starbucks is really busy. It's located at the Potomac town center where parking is a little tough on the weekends. That's to be expected though since there's a lot of people shopping nearby. The rudest barista ever! I am from Ct and driving through here so I stopped for my favorite summer drink- 2 shots of espresso and then I add skim milk to my liking. Here in the south they only have 1/2 and 1/2 out so I asked her to add milk to fill the tall size that had 2 shots of espresso and loads of ice- next time I have to charge you for a double macchiato- but I didn't want a macchiato- this is what I wanted. Even when some cheap cups. I have ordered this coffee before on all my road trips and the cup lasts the entire drive. So all I can assume is this was a reused cup, which turns me off entirely.
