I got one and a half pumps in it was OK in sweetness. I thought the drink was really expensive for a grande. It was $7.03. Each time I have visited inside, it has been very clean and the staff is upbeat and courteous! I must say that I disagree with the first review. This Starbucks is my go-to! I live maybe a 3 minute drive from this location and it has never disappointed. They are always quick, correct with my order and they have a very nice and friendly staff. I would also encourage you to check out the inside -- Pre-COVID this was my go-to study spot and a great place to just chill and get out of the house. A lot of seating and comfy seating at that. With plenty of plug-ins and tables to accommodate groups. I would recommend -- if you are in a hurry and have no time to wait (even in a small line) to look into their Mobile Order so that you can just walk in and pick it up. I always mobile order and then I can choose whether to just go through the Drive-Thru to pick it up or if I need to walk in. read more

The first person to review this Starbucks could not be more off. Most of the staff came from the location that closed across the street and they're always so welcoming. The drive thru is always quick and efficient. Yes, sometimes the line is pretty long but I've never waited more than a few minutes. If I don't want to risk a wait in the drive thru I order ahead on the app which is super easy. The inside is a nice size compared to the old whitestown location and the outdoor space is awesome in warm weather! read more

One time I came and the espresso machine was broken and another time it was so loud I couldn't work. Most previous time I came I did a mobile order. I was pretty surprised it was already ready when we walked in. We sat down, logged into the free wifi on my laptop, and began working. Within minutes I jumped a little when one of the baristas slammed the metal sliding door to the ice every time she opened and closed it. So annoying! It was distracting us so much that we wanted to leave as soon as possible. Hopefully I don't ever return when that barista is there... Other than a couple weird situations, this Starbucks has a good amount of seating, is spacious inside, has outdoor seating, has a new sleek look, and is easy to pull in and out of. First time I've got Starbucks in year's and they couldn't even make a hot chocolate that was of any quality. It was semi warm, not hot which you'd expect a hot chocolate to be. 2nd it tasted like they used water or if they used milk which I don't believe they did it must've been skim milk. My hot chocolate was absolutely 100% equivalent to a .25 cent powdered package. Slow. Understaffed. Impossible drive through. Slow inside. Horrible layout. Even on a Saturday morning this might be the slowest. Update: I go all the time to this location. Every time it's very slow. When not slow and they mess up the order. Maybe they are used to being behind so when they are caught up things get lazy. Their service needs work and bathrooms are not clean. Their cashier puts in the wrong drink and when I asked them to fix it, they act like I inconvenienced them. The lady working the cashier acts like she doesn't want to be there. Customer service training and quality control are needed, as it's below the service level of other Starbuck's. read more

Visited this establishment on 9/13 at 8:45am. One toilet had poop sprayed all over the back and the other had a poop nugget on the back of the seat. I chose the one with the spray. The last time I was here, the lady that warmed my sandwich put it down on the counter in a mess of spilled drinks while she yelled my first name. She was put off when I asked her to clean the area.
