I stopped in to try the new coconut Ube macchiato. I gave it a four star because the only way you can reduce the sweetness is by the pumps of coconut. I got one and a half pumps in it was OK in sweetness. I thought the drink was really expensive for a grande. It was $7.03. Dislocation is an easy stop off the interstate and easy to get right back on the interstate is the plus. read more

Starbucks - Thank you for being open early - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Whitestown, Indiana

Amazing service, bright spacious room, great outdoor dining spot, but that classic pumpkin spice latte was bitter, over roasted, not that smooth sipping autumn fun drink I expected based on other Starbucks. Insane cost for the inconsistency, thankfully there are many better local options! read more

I am DISGUSTED. This was my first time going to this Starbucks, I got my usual order and there was a LONG BLACK HAIR in my drink. (My hair is platinum blonde) I have never had this happen at Starbucks before. Super disappointed and grossed out :( read more

the drinks were good but what made me mad was that PHEOBE. the cashier was rude! She did even ask what size I wanted. no to mention I asked questions and she seemed annoyed! She was a fucking bitch. read more

I always get my shots on the side every other Starbucks on the west side of Indianapolis does it for me every day I'm a very dedicated Starbucks drinker $7.50 a drink every ! The Starbucks is not very accommodating. They do not want to put the shots on the side so I will not be back to this one. I even called and spoke to them! read more

Everyone was friendly at the counter, Quick service, however, the ding area was dirty and had multiple wrappers on the floor. The little boy that I watched enjoyed his peppermint brownie cake pop, but the price increase was odd compared to the other cake pops that appeared equally as fancy. read more

Rachel always remembers our drinks and is just such a ray sunshine ! Love that so much thank you.

Got a vanilla iced latte with oat milk, a chai tea late, and a caramel brûlée latte. They gave me an extremely small cup for the latte and it was still about $4. The cups were also sticky. read more

Starbucks - two cups of iced coffee on a table - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Whitestown, Indiana

Might be the slowest Starbucks in the history of Starbucks. Only car in line and I waited 12 minutes for an iced coffee, which I asked for very little cream and watched her pour 1/4 cup of creamer in. They have messed numerous orders of mine up, which when you pay so kufj for coffee you expect good service. Unless you have 20 minutes to elsewhere. Attached is milk water with a dash of coffee. read more

I wanted to visit this Starbucks several times before providing a review to make sure I was offering feedback for more than just one experience. I have to say, this is a great location!! Each time I have visited inside, it has been very clean and the staff is upbeat and courteous! I've been through the drive thru as well and experienced a little bit of a wait, but I find that to be normal since they make these delicious drinks to order. Pro-tip: If you're on a time crunch but need to get your coffee fix, order ahead using the Starbucks app and you can pop inside to grab your ready to go brew from the front counter! read more

I must say that I disagree with the first review. This Starbucks is my go-to! I live maybe a 3 minute drive from this location and it has never disappointed. They are always quick, correct with my order and they have a very nice and friendly staff. I would also encourage you to check out the inside -- Pre-COVID this was my go-to study spot and a great place to just chill and get out of the house. A lot of seating and comfy seating at that. With plenty of plug-ins and tables to accommodate groups. I would recommend -- if you are in a hurry and have no time to wait (even in a small line) to look into their Mobile Order so that you can just walk in and pick it up. I always mobile order and then I can choose whether to just go through the Drive-Thru to pick it up or if I need to walk in. read more

The first person to review this Starbucks could not be more off. Most of the staff came from the location that closed across the street and they're always so welcoming. The drive thru is always quick and efficient. Yes, sometimes the line is pretty long but I've never waited more than a few minutes. If I don't want to risk a wait in the drive thru I order ahead on the app which is super easy. The inside is a nice size compared to the old whitestown location and the outdoor space is awesome in warm weather! read more

One time I came and the espresso machine was broken and another time it was so loud I couldn't work. Most previous time I came I did a mobile order. I was pretty surprised it was already ready when we walked in. We sat down, logged into the free wifi on my laptop, and began working. Within minutes I jumped a little when one of the baristas slammed the metal sliding door to the ice every time she opened and closed it. So annoying! It was distracting us so much that we wanted to leave as soon as possible. Hopefully I don't ever return when that barista is there... Other than a couple weird situations, this Starbucks has a good amount of seating, is spacious inside, has outdoor seating, has a new sleek look, and is easy to pull in and out of. They have nice, friendly staff and I have always received a correct order. Plus, they have nitro brew! read more

This is the best Starbucks! They are always quick efficient and friendly. Each day started here is a better one.

Even in a situation where most people would get upset, Dee made it a very very enjoyable experience. I think she may not even realize how funny and enjoyable her spirit is. Thank you Dee! This location is a must on the way to work, as they are quick and make sure they get your order just right :) read more

Quick service and the barrista has the right vanilla to blonde roast quotient correct for my taste buds. Thanks Starbucks!!

Ollie/Olay (not sure if that's the spelling, sorry!) at the window was so kind and friendly to us and provided above & beyond service! Made for a great experience, many thanks to them! read more

First time I've got Starbucks in year's and they couldn't even make a hot chocolate that was of any quality. It was semi warm, not hot which you'd expect a hot chocolate to be. 2nd it tasted like they used water or if they used milk which I don't believe they did it must've been skim milk. My hot chocolate was absolutely 100% equivalent to a .25 cent powdered package. Thanks for nothing Starbucks, the only thing your stores are good for is a public toilet and I hope everyone uses the floor! Eat a big pile of rubber ding dongs. read more

Slow. Understaffed. Impossible drive through. Slow inside. Horrible layout. Even on a Saturday morning this might be the slowest. Update: I go all the time to this location. Every time it's very slow. When not slow and they mess up the order. Maybe they are used to being behind so when they are caught up things get lazy. Update: pthey are getting better now that we have a coronavirus. It's amazing how fast the line moves and it's a long line. So they could have been quick this whole time! read more

Mainly one star cause the hours. Never seen a Starbucks close so dang early. I don't know what the assumption is for sure but Not everyone in Whitestown is like 65+ and is in bed by 7. read more

Their service needs work and bathrooms are not clean. Their cashier puts in the wrong drink and when I asked them to fix it, they act like I inconvenienced them. The lady working the cashier acts like she doesn't want to be there. Customer service training and quality control are needed, as it's below the service level of other Starbuck's. read more

It's a sad day when a Starbucks has bad customer service. Her name is Jo and you'd think with a name like that she'd understand mix ups between Erin and Aaron but she wanted to blame me for handing me my sausage egg sandwich and nitro cold brew. The receipt was a mobile order and I am Aaron, then after her coworkers asked her she tried to blame me EVEN MAKING ME GO TO THE TRASH FOR THE RECEIPT. Yes, I had to go into the trash to get my receipt. Never again Jo, I pray management sees this and other poor reviews and decides to do something about it. read more

Over 25 minutes. Never got my coffee. I was stuck in the drive through with no way out. They didn't seem to make anything until you got to the window. We were then late for a show that we had plenty of time for. Horrible start to our evening!!! read more

Ewe!! Went for a night coffee. Paid $15 and did not get what I ordered. It was horrible. Won't be stopping at this one again!

The best moca frap I have ever had! Nice people! Will come back here for sure! Although like all the Starbucks stores it a bit expensive

Just waited in drive thru line for 35 minutes for two nitro cold brews. HOW?!?! This is easily the SLOWEST Starbucks I've ever been to. Absolutely insane. read more

Rudest workers I've ever encountered at a Starbucks location. I've given them multiple visits and each time something occurs. No greeting. No thank you. The order was wrong and when I asked a question about it, the barista at the drive up was snarky. I'll stick with the location near downtown Zionsville. It's worth the extra five minute drive. read more

Visited this establishment on 9/13 at 8:45am. One toilet had poop sprayed all over the back and the other had a poop nugget on the back of the seat. I chose the one with the spray. The last time I was here, the lady that warmed my sandwich put it down on the counter in a mess of spilled drinks while she yelled my first name. She was put off when I asked her to clean the area. The franchisee owner needs to get their sh*t together. read more

Drive thru quick and kind. One girl remembers I always want a water with my coffee and has had it ready before I asked!

This is the slowest Starbucks ever! My drinks are never consistent either. I keep trying it, but after today I am done! There were five cars in front of me in the drive-through and it took 16 minutes. That is absolutely ridiculous! read more

I just ordered a regular coffee and received it before walking away from the register. Sam was nice on front counter and Billy was friendly as well. Thanks for a great experience! Perfect place to do school and nice, fast WiFi. read more

barista made my order wrong and instead of remaking it dumps out all the cold foam and adds milk instead, when i ordered both.

Service is pretty slow compared to other Starbucks in the area. WiFi is terrible. Can take several minutes to open a web page. It has been this way since they opened. It is worth the drive into Zionsville for better service and great WiFi. read more

This is the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. I waited in the drive up line for 40 minutes!
