This Starbucks is pretty busy, but they work really fast to get everyone out as quickly as possible! Took less than a minute to order and about 10-15 minutes to get my drink. Normally I would say that's a long wait, but there were about 10 orders ahead of me so having to wait that amount isn't too bad! I only recently started to go to this Starbucks and I swear it is a hidden gem. I say this because every time I come here, it's never busy! Any other Starbucks I go to takes forever and definitely has me waiting longer than I would like. The workers are always friendly and efficient in getting out the orders ASAP! The best Starbucks in the area! I love coming here for both personal coffee and business (grabbing coffee and snacks for my customers). Karen is awesome. She is always so helpful and has a smile on her face. One time I stopped by and they were having "coffee with cops" and the local and county police were in Starbucks just hanging out and talking to the locals. It seems like they do a lot for the community at this particular location! Parking is plentiful. If there isn't any parking in their lot you can cross the parking lot street and go near publix but it isn't a far walk at all. Bathrooms and store itself are very clean. This Starbucks is pretty great. It conveniently located near my job so whenever I can I try to make a stop here. It's a walk in only location but that shouldn't be a problem as they are quick here!   I almost always order as a mobile order but this place is never busy. I never have to wait much longer than 5 minutes if I have a larger order. The baristas here are very friendly and helpful. They also are very accommodating if I happen to order something and they are out of it for the night. Usually this is a result of when I get out of work which is pretty late. Whenever this happens they either offer me a refund to my account or an alternative food item.   It seems silly for someone who doesn't drink coffee to come to Starbucks but I thoroughly enjoy their refreshers. My personal favorite is the Very Berry Hibiscus refresher.  There's also an option to substitute the water base to lemonade instead.   There actual food items are not too bad if you're in need of a quick bite for breakfast or lunch. However, there desserts are to die for. Their chocolate chip cookies just hit the spot! There's also cake pops, brownies and other small pastries. It's always a nice little treat.   If Starbucks is a regular location for you I would also suggest to sign up for an account to benefit from their stars program. You can build up these points aka 'stars' with every purchase and can in turn utilize certain amounts towards a free drink, free dessert or even up to $20 bucks towards their merchandise items. While at a favorable location, the customer service experience is often mixed. The cashier was super friendly and polite but the food expediter was unqualified for her job. She would heat up to eight orders at a time before moving them all to the counter. Then after moving them, she would get lost as to who's name was called skipping some customers completely. Went in for a Blonde Roast and Lemon Cake. They didn't have enough blonde roast left so they said it would take 2 minutes to brew, it was more like 7 minutes. Regardless, the coffee was great, as usual and the lemon cake moist and sweet--just perfect. The place is a good size inside but only a few tables to sit at, and a long wooden group table. The patio outside has lots of seating and is nice. It's pretty noisy here. read more

I ordered my Venti soy chai, no water, no foam, six pumps latte and they made it correctly. What more can I ask for? All Starbucks are pretty much the same or they're doing something wrong. Every now and then I get one that gives exemplary service, or a server who is out of this world, but mostly they're all the same. Four stars is very good, and that's how I describe Starbucks. I admit it, I am a Starbucks addict. I will find one if at all possible, no matter where I am traveling. I had a training out west, and drove a little out of the way to find this store tucked into a larger plaza. Starbucks are pretty standard, but this one did not have a drive through unfortunately, and I wasn't able to mobile order. It also appeared to be a little smaller than my usual location. There were several employees working behind the counter, decently friendly, but nothing above and beyond, or notable. Like several other reviews have commented, production seemed to move at a slower pace than expected, and I anxiously waited hoping it would not make me too late for my training. Nice location, some of the help is lazy. Outdoor tables only - but they do not keep tables clean. Have to ALWAYS ASK Sunday morning, 8 am, slow morning- 7 dirty tables! I politely asked if they could clean the tables as 6 of us wanted to sit, the Guy comes out, only wiped down one table where we were standing, ignored the other tables. Had to go and ask again could you clean the other tables came out cleaned three more tables and went back inside. Empty inside they have nothing else to do in there can't they keep the tables clean? One of my favorite Starbucks locations in Florida. I've moved onto other coffee establishments after being a near daily Starbucks customer due to the lack of friendliness, coffee quality (the coffee light is blinking. Quit lying to my face that it's fresh when I'm fine waiting on the next batch), etc but when I do happen to stop by, it's usually this location. Their staff has been kinder than most locations (to be fair to Starbucks employees, it's often determined by how the store managers run the place), they have plenty of outdoor seating (with cover) if you want to stay outside, and they aren't reluctant when you ask for a small cup of whipped cream for your dog. The only negatives I have would be that Starbucks coffee quality overall has gone down and that this location has too many working "professionals" (in their 30s to 50s!) that take up most of the seating for hours instead of getting an actual office space. This store stands out - and not in a good way. There are three Starbucks stores in Weston, and this one is closest to my house. I go out of my way to visit the others because this store is slow. I thought maybe I was the only one, but no, another woman (also late for work) complained she'd been waiting for about 15 minutes. The store is usually not extremely busy on weekday mornings, and I saw 3-4 employees behind the bar. Not sure what's going on here, but this is par for the course. My friends all know this as "the slow Starbucks" - wish it were different, the staff IS friendly and the interior has much more seating than others nearby. Update: 8/11/18 - ONE star downgrade This store has gotten worse, is that even possible? I complained in store last week after I placed a mobile order exactly 10 minutes before arriving in store and had to wait an additional 9 minutes once I arrived. I asked and asked and asked - politely, mind you. The baristas were unconcerned (one was even a little rude). Went a few days later - same scenario. Today, my husband ran in to get a drink and texted to me that he will never go back. He was in the store over 20 minutes, and there was no line. A typical "Starbucks experience." I took a star off because the staff (at the cash register) exuded some kind of weird vibe and refused to smile even when I was so friendly and smiley. Now, I don't expect people to be Miss Mary Sunshines, but when the attitude is bordering rude, especially to a customer, it is a star-take-off-worthy. Other than that, my caramel frapp was made perfect, my espresso was burned as usual( why does Starbucks, regardless of their location, always burn their espresso?) and aside from the almost-rude encounter at the cash register, all was well. I'm not a fan of over priced coffee but as of late I've found Starbucks to be my home away from home. The staff is very friendly and for the most part very upbeat, which is great when I'm getting my fix of caffeine. This location is always clean with lots of seating space inside and out. They're usually less busy around closing time but that's my favorite time to come and chill. They have a very comfortable couch outside that you can use till 11:30pm (or till the plaza closes) but it's my couch guys.... if I show up and you're in my couch, you have to give it to me...
