On another visit a friend brought me a birthday gift and was letting pick out the bracelet, The owner came by and gave the impression that my actions were being interpreted as conducting business, even though I wasn't, If the coffee shop has policies about sharing your handcrafts or exchanging gifts while at their shop that is their right, However, I left feeling unsure of what was and wasn't permitted. The experience made the atmosphere feel much less welcoming than I had previously experienced, because of those experiences, I'm likely not to return. If you're looking for a place where customers can comfortably meet friends and share personal projects or gifts, you may want to clarify the café's expectations first

Our barista's name was Brianna, and she had a phenomenal attitude. She looked excited to help us out and appears to love her job. It has a much different vibe than the College Hill location. The First Street location is not quite as "homey" as the College Hill cafe and has more of a coffee chain feel (not as much unique character that I typically enjoy with local coffee brands). It seemed very busy and when I went to ask a question one of the younger girls was a bit rude. I went up to place my order and that girl was nice, but no one was super helpful, especially because my mom was looking for a certain kind of drink. I had to do some digging myself. As for the coffee, it was good, I was hoping for more but that's ok. I might give them another try next time in town, but I'm not sure.
