When I walked in there were two ladies who were busily working making drinks. I decided to go in rather than go through the drive-through because I wanted to check the place out since it's brand-new. And has a very modern cool coffee bar vibe. I could definitely spend an hour or so sitting in a booth talking to a friend at this location. I wasn't graded right away but when I was kat greeted me and asked me if I had any questions. I wasn't sure what that L stood for beside some of the coffee drinks. It means that they can make him with light milk instead of whole. I ordered an iced caramel high-rise or something like that. The drink was alright not as sweet as I would like. What got me was they were selling a Caribou coffee called Amy's blend. Was in a pretty pink package and proceeds went to benefit breast cancer awareness. Because I gave my name for my drink when I ordered she asked me if I would like to purchase it since it had my name on it. I bought two packages one for work and one for home and because I bought two I got a five dollar gift card for next time. I sure hope the coffee is good. I normally like flavored coffees but since it says my name on it I thought I'd give it a try. This location is very fun and hip and also has a convenient drive-through. I would compare pricing to that of a Starbucks. I will be back.

They then sold another one to someone 10 minutes after us, and when we asked about it we were completely blown off. The final straw is they are not at all dog friendly, and made my girlfriend wait outside for her drink in the rain because she had a dog (not barking, small, respectful). When I went back to get a refund they were rude and unprofessional, the owner even chased me outside and yelled at my face in the street pointing his finger at me because I didn't bring back the cake plate, something they never told me I had to do..
