Great service! Wish every Starbucks was like this location. All of the staff makes you feel welcome and the lattes are spot on.

Tried this place again, only because it is the only one in the area, and once again my order WRONG! I ordered a venti green tea lemonade, the person asked if I wanted it sweetened, I said yes. Though the service window was certainly faster than last time. My drink was not sweetened. What the heck! I will not be going back there. This is easily the slowest Starbucks in the country, it took 10 mins to get a cold brew.

Amazing, friendly staff! Always makes my drink exactly the way I like it and hand it off with a smile. Wouldn't want it any other way.

The manager (Eric) that worked there at the time was soo incredibly rude to me when I asked what size coffee he was holding that I will never ever go back to this Starbucks again. I cannot believe that they would hire people for these positions that act this way towards customers. I will never step foot in that location again. read more

I shall start off by saying that I don't expect much from a shitbucks. The coffee is pretty crumbo, but sometimes you can get desperate. They talk faster than an auctioneer, yes it's probably because they work at a coffee shop and drink a lot of coffee, (hopefully not because all the employees have worrying amphetamine habits) but still, haven't you heard "don't get high on your own supply"? Anyhoo, the thing that really ground my gears, was that once we pulled up to the drive through window we clearly saw our order sitting on the counter- one melting, one getting cold, and after an absurdly long wait, the painfully cheerful woman at the window asked us, and I quote- "what are you waiting on?". Although tempted to say that I'm obviously waiting on my order, I repeated my order back to her. Money was exchanged, lukewarm chai and half melted Frappuccino was handed over and the aforementioned cheerful chatty chick (aka "barista") DEMANDED that we "have a wonderful day". Clean restrooms; good service. We got our coffee very fast and exactly as I wanted it to be. I recommend very highly!!! If you are in the area, this is the place to make a stop. read more

Waterville starbucks has become very inefficient. Drive through is supposed to be a service to help save time, at least that's what we all thought. Lately you can wait as long as 15-20 minutes in the drive through, that's after ordering before you even get to the window. Then when you get to the window you can only hope the person on the other side is paying attention enough and not distracted by the social genre in the background to wait on you correctly. You can ask for a receipt multiple times before getting one. I would recommend a trial sip before driving away. How time saving is it to wait 15 minutes to get to the window, have it opened and closed on you several times (no rain, wind or snow) before finally having your drink passed through the window and drive down the road, take a drink of your drink and find out it is the wrong drink and have to go back. That is if you're not just traveling through on the highway trying to save time......... Won't be back again for a long time and will not be recommending any time soon. read more
