Although the selection was a bit limited, and they didn't have the exact green tea I wanted, I'm still giving this location a 5-star rating--and here's why. I ordered a solo long shot, which is often a bit tricky to explain at most Starbucks locations. Typically, I find myself having to explain what a long shot is, but not this time. Leah, one of the baristas, immediately knew what I wanted. Before the person taking my order could even ask for clarification, Leah stepped in with, "You want a long shot?" That was music to my ears! There is a Starbucks location closer to my house than this one, but I drive the extra five minutes just to go here due to bad parking and rude staff at other location. Every time I come here, I've always encountered friendly & helpful staff. There have been times where I didn't know what I wanted and wanted to try something new. They take the time and help me choose something. I've never felt rushed or like I am bothering them which is silly to say. But I have felt that way at many other places. The drinks are always great, even when I order special ones from Pinterest I've seen. They have a great selection of merchandise, sweets and snacks. The interior is also very nice to sit and relax as well as the patio outside but I haven't sat out there yet. The only con is the drive thru is always jam packed here and I've waited 15 minutes in it before. I know they are always busy and employees work hard, but I choose to go inside as it's a bit quicker than drive thru usually. This location is probably best in my area though. read more

I was in the area visiting a friend. I come from Astoria, Queens where we have a ton of Starbucks and this one made one of the best iced coffees I've ever had! I'm dead serious! I'm still thinking about it. I got a trenta iced coffee with 2 shots espresso and pumpkin spice sauce and it was so good and rich and strong. Other Starbucks always make watery iced coffee these days but not this place. I also love that they still have plastic straws! I hate those gross paper ones. Really hate to give low ratings but this is the second time in a week that my coffee has been made incorrectly. We ordered two pumpkin cream cold brews. At all the other locations they make it correctly as shown in the advertised picture. This serves a purpose, the pumpkin cream mixes with the cold brew as it's consumed for better taste. Today we got a premixed coffee. Can barley taste the coffee or pumpkin. The whole thing seams like cream. Please see the attached picture. To top it all off, these coffees are $5.10 each. read more

Not one to complain usually. For years I have always ordered the same thing at Starbucks, an iced dopio espresso with an extra splash of milk. This location likes to pour some iced coffee in my cup and call it a day instead of waiting for the espresso that I ordered to brew. I let it slide twice, then finally i kindly mentioned to the barista that the last time i ordered my dopio they gave me iced coffee and that the difference is very noticeable, and i asked if she could make sure that doesn't happen this time. Very happy that there is a drive thru especially that their parking lot is typically packed making it difficult to frequent the cafe & seating area. The drive-thru has taken upwards of 10+ minutes for just a cup of coffee which is crazy but yet very inconvenient . My issue is with their overall lack of understanding my very simple coffee drink order with steamed milk, I never have an issue in Watertown but almost weekly I get over charged with the incorrect order, so just pay attention to your order & enjoy. read more

I really love this Starbucks, the staff is great; they are nice and patient when I take a little bit longer to order something. My daughter has a dairy allergy so my diet consists of DF items. So I typically get the mocha latte with coconut milk and no whip. Sometimes they are out of coconut milk and almond milk, which sucks. However, the real reason for the 3 star rating is because of the lack of parking. Due to the fact that I never know if they'll be out of coconut milk, I have to go inside because it takes me forever to figure out what else I would want when they're out. I can never find parking, which is a huge let down- but I knew that there would be a parking problem when they first announced Starbucks was being put in that tiny spot. read more

The line was long but usually Starbucks is pretty efficient. This location needs a visit from corporate. The drive thru line barely moving. Figured out why when I got to the window. First the server tried to give us someone else's order then went to go look for ours. As we watched through the window, the staff was doing everything but making coffee. Horsing around. This location used to be much better but has been consistently going downhill. The mobile app is not always accurate to what's available. 2 drinks yesterday were not full (not a foam or whipped cream deflation problem) and today received my drink with no espresso in it. They don't know how to make drinks properly at this location. I ordered a iced chai tea latte with 10 pumps of chai, toffee syrup, and cinnamon dolce sprinkles on top and it's a mobile order so the sticker says exactly everything that is to be put into the drink all they have to do is follow what the sticker says. I've been getting the same drink for years and know how it's supposed to be 10 pumps of chai is a lot and the drink always looks pretty dark. When I saw my drink I knew just looking at it it was made wrong it was very light and I was right because when I took a sip it literally just tasted like watery milk that had been sweetened a little bit. I asked the the cashier if they can remake it and I hate to do that but I know I won't drink it and I don't want to waste money so she told her coworker to remake it I saw she gave an attitude that she had to remake it but proceeded to remake it. When they called my name and gave me the "remade" drink it was literally the same watery milk with barely any chai at all in it and this time they didn't put in the dolce sprinkles which I pay extra for. And my boyfriend also said his drink was very watered down and didn't have the amount of expresso that he had ordered. Anyways the drink they remade was even worse then the first one and I ended up throwing the whole thing away because I can't drink flavored watered down milk I'm sorry but that is disgusting. I don't get what's so hard about putting in the correct amount of ingredients but I guess they can't even manage to do that at this location and they seem to have horrible attitudes on top of it. I went today December 29, 2020 to Starbucks and waited in the drive through for about 10 mins. Which I go every day for a coffee. I placed my order and asked them to steam the milk. The cashier gave me the price which was around 5 dollars and chance but when I went to pick up my coffee at the window he charged me 7 dollars and change. I asked him why are you charging me more and he replied that it cost more to steam the milk. I told him that you can't give me a price then charge me 2 dollars more when I pay. He was so rude and he said "do you wan the coffee or not?" I said yes, I waited long enough on the line. The he gave me the coffee and slammed the window and walked away. I waited to get my receipt but he never came back to the window. (He was a heavy set guy with glasses working in the drive through window today when I got my coffee at 135pm) I have never been so disrespect.
