    Black Cold Brew

I was in the area and Yelp-searched "coffee" and "current location". I saw a bookmark for Quinn Coffee. I must have seen one of my friends post about it on Yelp or IG since I live 35 minutes away. I visited about an hour before their early afternoon closing on a Sunday. Quinn is a small shop, but there were two friends enjoying themselves at one of the tables when I walked in. I ordered a black iced coffee, but they only seem to have cold brew. I saw bags of Giv coffee for sale and my coffee tasted similar to some other darker roast Giv's I've had. It's not my favorite taste profile for cold coffee, but it was well executed for what it was . Smooth and dark. In any event, I like Giv and that's a good choice for a roaster in my book. Like many cold brews versus iced coffees, it was priced higher than I often pay for my preferred iced coffee near home. I think that's one of the reasons why places only serve cold brew. People are conditioned to think that cold brew should cost more than iced coffee. When I was at Quinn, I didn't make the observation that it was nice inside. But later, when I looked at my pics, I did notice a number of aesthetically pleasing elements. The wood floors. The cool tiled ceiling. Interesting seating. In retrospect, I think the reason the shop didn't pop for me style-wise, was because there was a lot of unused floor space. It made the room seem less inviting. Service was fine. There was no line and I received my coffee fairly quickly after I ordered. No employee was visible when I entered, which I get since it was late in the day. Four Stars. I wouldn't drive out of my way to go to Quinn, but I would return if I was in the general area.

This coffee shop is such a cute gem in downtown Watertown! Spacious and chic, it's the perfect place to get some work done, meet up with friends or just relax and read by yourself and indulge in their delicious food and drink offerings. I got one of their specials for January called, Butterfly Me Up, a latte with butterscotch and bourbon. I also tried the apple almond butter toast which hit the spot. The barista was super friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable. I'll definitely be back! I'll see you all there!

Was excited to see an independent coffee shop while traveling through the area for the first time. My latte was pretty solid, and the seating area is bright and spacious.

Island Hopper: coconut & vanilla iced latte, drizzled with mocha and topped with coconut foam

A cute coffee shop so tiny that if you blink you'll miss it while driving by. It's situated in a small shopping plaza next to an enterprise car rental. Parking spots are limited but it's a great spot to grab a coffee and a snack and hang out with friends or to bring a laptop and get some work done. I stopped in today to check out their May specials and I tried their Island Hopper. It's probably my favorite drink I've had there yet. It was a coconut and vanilla iced latte, with mocha drizzle coconut cold foam. They carry some baked goods like muffins, pound cakes, and Ami's bagels (if you know you know ). Check it out the next time you're passing through the area!

This is a freshly opened coffee shop in Watertown, CT right next to Marshalls making it a great spot for a pit stop to either fuel up for your day of shopping, work, running errands or to unwind from your day. Visually, this coffee shop is adorable with the textured white ceiling and shiplap accent wall. Covered bank of cozy back pillows to settle into as you enjoy your coffee or tea await you at some of the tables. The menu though lean offered interesting and delicious sounding options such as the Spanish Latte or the Warm and Cozy which is what I ordered. The warm and cozy lived up to its name. Medium roast, deliciously nutty with a hint of a warm hug. There are several seating options to choose from if you're looking to sit and stay for awhile. Quin Brew has plenty of parking and is located around several shops and restaurants within a short drive. I am rooting for this freshly brewed coffee shop that's only 10 days young so here is my feedback to help make your place even more fabulous. Check the air aroma to be sure it is pleasing to your customers and make them crave that coffee your crafting. The wrong aroma can turn an experience from WOW to Meh. Maybe offer eco-friendly straws for those who prefer not to slurp their iced coffee. Check this place out and get yourself a yummy coffee, enjoy, repeat.

Loved the coffee! Never have had a bad order here and everything comes out super quick. All the food is excellent and it's a very chill atmosphere and vibe. One of my go to spots in the Watertown area!

Top of the Morning cold brew Lemon blueberry scone Coldbrew with marshmellow syrup Everything bagel with cream cheese
    Brittany P.

Service was great, baristas were friendly and helpful when asking questions about syrups and specialty drinks. Ambiance was relaxing with many open & clean tables. Top O' the Morning was supposed to have an Irish Creme cold foam with brown sugar syrup, however, it tasted pretty similar to a Vanilla Cold Brew. The lemon blueberry scone lacked lemon flavor but was packed with blueberry. Would try again but maybe try a classic drink listed on their board or latte instead of cold brew.

The Food- l only has 2 menu items but they get both get 5 stars. The iced Spanish latte and the avocado toast! It's the service was great. I loved the good vibes.

Quin Brew is a cute, new place in Watertown. A welcome addition to the area, Quin has lattes, coffees, teas, and bakery items and treats. We stopped in one afternoon to grab a latte. I had a mocha and my friend ordered one of their specials. The espresso was good. I didn't get much mocha flavor in mine but overall it was good. I think there is a lot of potential for this coffee shop. I'd love to see them continue to hone their brand and improve their craft. Happy to have them in our area. Way better than visiting the local coffee shop chains.

Falafel was also really good. I had both on top of my rice with white sauce and the combination was perfect. Salad was really fresh no bad veggies or weepy greens. Came with dressing. After ordering I realized I didn't ask for the sauce on the side, I was beyond impressed by the presentation when it arrived as all the sauces were on the side as well as the chicken so that my salad didn't get soggy. Everything was neatly packed. The chicken was juicy and flavorful and seasoned but not too salty. The salad was beautiful fresh spring mix blend, and it came with a homemade lemony vinaigrette. I got a side of falafel and they were cooked to perfection, well seasoned. The humus was actually better than mine and I'm Middle Eastern. It came with warm pita bread that had a light char on it and really added a depth of flavor. My only regret is I didn't order one for leftovers tomorrow! Good portions for the price. if you're checking out reviews because you're skeptical like me give them a try you definitely won't be disappointed!
