These people were so rude. The mobile app is worthless for this location because when you walk in they will not even acknowledge you. I stood there for 10mins with 4 people working behind counter. Girl with sleeved tats including "mom" in red heart was particularly rude. When they finally got my order out they tried giving it to someone else and were rude when I corrected them. My order didn't fully go through and they couldn't have cared less - she told me to get in line to order the missing drink and when I did she refused to come to the cash register for a full 5 mins - knowing I had 3 drinks already waiting. This is not even what I ordered. Asked for a cold brew with salted cream cold foam with 1 packet of salt and got this with caramel which I don't want nor like and didnt order it that way either and the foam was runny. If it wasn't for my husband driving and refusing to go back I would've. I live a few blocks away and sporadically visit as a treat to myself maybe once or twice a month. The workers are always super nice and are lovely to talk to! I'm not sure what changed but in the last four or five months they almost never get my order correct I feel terrible but I always have to ask them to remake it because they'll either make it hot instead of cold or instead of just doing a pump of syrup like I ask they give me the full amount. Which makes the coffee taste sickly sweet. Today I decided I wouldn't be going back because I had to send my drink back again and it came out wrong again. I just can't keep spending 7 dollars on a coffee I don't enjoy I hope they figure things out though! So many nice workers! read more

Especially at an establishment that just pumps syrups into a drink and has many premade things to make it easier to be quick. Store #48290 I give this a three star rating because 1) it is a STARBUCKS 2) It just opened and my first visit 3) I only came in to purchase coffee beans. Complaints that make no sense...entrance to drive through. Just park and walk inside. You can't be in that big of a hurry on I-15. I suggest you drive through the hotel underpass and go straight down to the second exit near the Mexican restaurant. Easier to enter back into Southbound traffic or get lucky and make that left back towards light that will take you back to I-15. After purchasing 3 pounds of coffee beans to the tune of $41.05 upon suggesting they might offer me a free cuppa coffee they looked at me like I had a second head.No executive decision here. Replied we used to do it but don't any more. Maybe I should have put my beans back to teach them a lesson in customer service. Heck it could have been a shot of espresso which wouldn't have stopped the mortgage payment, but will prevent me from going back. In this neck of the woods marketing is everything. Stores are known to offer water to patrons and nonpatrons due to the intense heat. A little courtesy goes a long way in building their presence in the neighborhood. Travelers PERK'S! is just down the block North of I-15 on Telegraph behind Sonic. Coffee served with a smile and no attitude. So long new STARBUCKS. Best Starbucks in town. It's spacious, has lots of plugs for computers at their tables, WiFi is good, knowledgeable staff - and staff that is more metropolitan than the other Starbucks employees in town. And the drinks are always made correctly - whereas the other Starbucks are always messing it up or made weakly. It's like those guys don't ever try the drinks they make. Keep it up guys, we're excited to have a Starbucks so close when we go to visit the parents. read more

Very disappointed in this location. We've been on a long road trip so we've made plenty of Starbucks stops. The cashier wasn't sure how to accept all my rewards to pay for my order. It took 22 minutes before our sandwiches were ready. I'm not sure if they just forgot our order, or they didn't have what was available and winged it. Our drinks were ready in the expected amount of time, but our family of 5 with little kids sat around waiting on sandwiches for lunch. My husband went to ask because we couldn't understand what was taking so long. They were just doing it 20 min into the order time. No apology for the wait time. Finally get back in our vehicle to continue our road trip and I see we didn't even get the sandwiches we ordered for our kids. A ham and Swiss became a ham and egg sandwich. This is for the corporation. July 8, 2021, During the middle of ordering off the app, it signed me out. I tried signing back in but the message "A system error has occurred. Please try again later." I called the 1800 number and was told a message was sent to the IT dept and give them 5 to 7 days to respond to me. I recvd an email July 9, 2021, giving step by step instructions on how to look at my online starbucks acct. I already knew I could do that. I called because of the app not working. July 12, 2021 I called again and again was told the IT dept would contact me later. I requested a phone call because a step by step instructions for the online is not why Im a dissatisfied customer. I was told 7 to 9 days. Is the IT dept with Starbucks so busy they cant speak to customers. If so, send the correct instructions via email. read more

Worst experience at a Starbucks!!! I ordered a tall pike with a grande cup. The cashier was confused as to who was supposed to fill my coffee order. I found out she was new and only started working there so I can't really blame her as she was learning on the job but I do blame the manager who put her on the front line when she was not ready. She didn't know where to get the cream or the sugar. When I asked for a refill she didn't know how to handle the order but another barista told me I can't have a refill even if I paid the 50 cent charge if I didn't have my gold card. She was wrong of course and rude. Finally someone with better sense told her she was mistaken and he says it was a miscommunication problem. That just tells you the manager is inept at managing his crew. For your information I was a barista at Starbucks 20 years ago so I am disappointed this Starbucks is run this way. I very rarely give a bad review, but I have been to this Starbucks on multiple occasions now and have had a crummy experience each time. If they don't get my drink wrong, then it's that they are rude or out of everything. There are some very friendly employees, but when your ask one of them a question, one of the rude ones comes up to interrupt and tell you that whatever your experiencing is your own fault. In my first experience, I ordered a drink before joining a meeting and they made it wrong. I had to wait 40 mins until my meeting was over to go back inside to get it fixed only to be told how they had made it right and I was wrong lol I'm like listen, I order this drink ALL THE TIME...I know how it tastes. It's wrong. Another example is when I came to get a coffee and use the WiFi. I couldn't get it connected. When I asked about it, I was told everyone else can and all their devices connected just fine and was ignored. Experience after experience like this leads me to this review. There are other Starbucks nearby, I'd try one of those. read more

Just gonna start by saying I'm a huge Starbucks fan and am continuously reminded why. A few days ago I went to this location I don't usually go inside but was meeting with a friend so we wanted to sit and talk. It was late in the evening and upon entering the location it was mostly empty besides one person sitting in the corner on there laptop and the 5 or so employees one of which was cleaning the lobby area. We went to the counter and were promptly helped to ordered drinks and then went to sit down and wait. About 10 mins or so passed as we were taking and we both started to wonder where our drinks were no one had come in after us and there was no one at the drive thru that we could tell so where were our drinks several more minutes passed and we could see the staff in the far corner huddle up talking and joking except the girl cleaning the lobby at this point it had been over 15 min and we decided to head up to the counter to find out what was going on. Now this is the point that could have made this a bad review but it was handled so well that I'm giving them 5 stars the girl from the lobby immediately went up and found our drink tickets verified what we had ordered and made our drinks she was very apologetic and even provided us each with a free drink ticket to use on our next visit. In my opinion that's customer service, now I do think the situation could have been avoided and I would have been just as happy getting my drink straight away but the fact that we were apologized to and that we were given compensation turned the whole experience around and I was going to get on and leave a bad review but the fixed the problem without me even having to complain an a lot of places don't think this way but it made all the difference for me and my review. read more

I visited this store on my way through St. George, and overall had a good experience. I could tell that there were a lot of new people and that they were all doing the best they could, so I didn't mind being patient. I do have to say that one employee in particular, Bree, made my visit especially great. She went above and beyond to make sure that I knew I was taken care of, even though things behind the bar looked a little stressful. I could tell she was working so hard to keep all the customers happy, and her efforts were appreciated. I've read a lot of comments about burnt tasting coffee, but mine tasted delicious.
