Good place to grab a quick coffee. All the choices of coffee drinks one would expect from a Starbucks. My coffee drink was hot and tasted good. The person who took my order was efficient. Nice selection of merchandise too. It can be a little difficult getting in and out of the parking lot. read more

This Starbucks has no seating and, as far as I can tell, no bathrooms. You need to go to the adjacent Chipotle for a bathroom and we sat on their patio. Otherwise, it's standard Starbucks fare and the baristas are helpful and friendly. read more

Would really like to give this particular location zero stars. Per corporate...drinks and food will be made according to how the customer has requested it! Hence, the barista promise "love your beverage or let us know. We will always make it right". Not at this location though!!! Most of the employees are extremely inconsiderate and rude and this is the ONLY location that doesn't compensate for their mistakes! They make the drinks how they want to and when they want to and won't compensate for their mistakes-which is quite often! Pretty sad when corporate employees have to keep compensating for lack of customer service skills at this location! Good luck to you because you lost my business!! read more

This is the best Starbucks by far! I wish they had indoor seating to drink the yummy drinks and hang out with the awesome staff! I am a regular and I love it there! I find it incredibly unfortunate that this is the closest Starbucks location to my house. I thought it was ideal to have one within 3 minutes of home and sometimes it is, but most of the time it's not. The employees are always super friendly, the product is usually correctly made and tasty. The problem that I have with this location is it's incredibly inconsistent product availability! Today, AGAIN, no nitro cold brew. Half of the time it's not working and that is just inacceptable. For about a month, their scanners and registers would crash and they would have to shut down the drive through. And the thing is, there's ALWAYS a line and if you get up to order and they don't have your item- you can't get out of line until it moves. This location is just unbelievably frustrating. The most inconsistent & worst Starbucks. The last 8 times I have gone they have been closed without warning for no reason and no sign on the carry out window. They go back & forth between opening and closing the inside of the cafe. They don't update their google hours. It shouldn't be an issue to get a coffee at 2:00 on a Saturday. Fed up with this place. This is one of the newest Starbucks around. This location had amazing decor and even a drive thru! The staff are very friendly.

Great place to study and the inside isn't too busy. Also the hours are great and everything is clean. The only downside is that it's probably the coldest restaurant/establishment I've ever been in. Honestly myself and a friend chose to sit outside (66 degrees) as opposed to sitting inside because it was so freezing. Not sure if they do that to keep people from hanging around inside, but it's definitely working. read more

Best Starbucks store I have ever been to! The workers and their positive, upbeat energy keep bringing me back again and again to enjoy my drinks, grab a snack, meet with friends, or even just to do homework! I love the teamwork between the baristas. I have never encountered any negative talk or disrespect between the baristas, which makes me enjoy my experience more! If the employees are happy, so am I! The shop/cafe itself is always clean and comfortable. Recently, the baristas have been checking in on the guests inn the seating area to make sure they don't need anything! Drinks are never consistent. They never get the size right. Inside is chaotic and not relaxing. They also never want to give my card back.

My daughter and I went in around three in the afternoon 6/2 to get coffees and a snack. We were greeted by a staff member saying they would be right with us. We were the only people in there. We waited a while at the counter Another staff member said again some one would be right with us. Still no one took our order. We waited a while longer. It got to the point of ridiculous so we started to leave. Another staff member said sorry we are in the middle of a shift change. So I guess if you go during a shift change you can't get served. Maybe they should put up a closed sign during the shift change? Never heard of not waiting on a customer.... Let alone the ONLY customer in the store. If I could give less than one star I would. read more

Probably the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The staff are very rude, takes forever to get your drinks and when you finally get them, they're made wrong. I get coconut milk because I am lactose intolerant and they made my drink with regular milk... I will not be returning to this establishment. read more
