She whispers the code as she walks off. Another lady sees me by the bathroom and screams the reminder of needing to purchase something to use the restroom. Only this time now the entire store knows I'm going to the bathroom. Then the first young lady reminds me and the store she already told me the code, only this time she said it an octive higher in a dismissive manner. Ordered for the office through UberEats. Hot coffee was sent without a stopper, just tape on lid, spilled every where. Multiple drinks that needed straws were sent without a straw. Missed a whole drink had to be re ordered. I understand things get busy, but that doesn't excuse missing a whole drink, straws, and making sure a hot coffee that secured from spilling. read more

I know people are "boycotting" Starbucks, and I cannot involve myself publicly in that debate, but I will say: 1) This location is always neat and clean, the staff courteous and friendly, and the coffee made as ordered; and, 2) People of color are employed there! The WORST. I've been coming to the location for a couple years. This location USED to be wonderful. When I wanted something done right, I would come here. Not anymore. Made a mobile order for a grande green tea and an unearned pastry. Seems simple enough right? Wrong!! 15 mins later I'm still waiting for my drink. When asked about it I was told it's coming up. In the meantime I'm watching the "barista" make the drinks of people who literally just walked in, ordered at the register, and came got their drinks and left. The manager Tanesha Davis came to the front asking if anyone was waiting on a mobile order. I advised her I was and told her what I was waiting on. What did the manager tell me? "She's going to make it in one moment." Speaking of the girl I was waiting on originally. What was the point of asking if you weren't going to do anything about it? Irking. After that fiasco I decided to cancel the order. I told the barista that I wanted to cancel the order and she said I could wait in line. Are you kidding? I asked again for Tanesha Davis the "manager" and when she came up I told her I just want to cancel the order and get a refund. Her response? You have to go to the register and get the refund at which point I said "no. You need to go to the register and process my refund." Why am I running around trying to get my money back for your lack of service? Absolutely not. Well I will be emailing the district manager Akeisha Walker and see what happens from there. This location is an absolute joke. Everyone in there seems to have been born yesterday - they're ridiculously slow and don't know the menu. They are rude and treat you like you're stupid when they're the ones taking forever and messing up your order. I'm sure they must have at lease one somewhat capable human being working in there but everyone else needs to be fired or retrained. The manager is rude, has a terrible attitude and certainly helps to promote the lack of service here. Shame on whoever is responsible for allowing that place to carry on in such a way. This is my go to Starbucks as it is the only Starbucks in the area. They recently renovated the location and provide more comfortable seating for guests. However, it is a small Starbucks so don't expect to bring a gang of folks with you. The driver thru service is usually right on point and very quick unless you come during the morning rush hour. During the rush hour, the wait time can be as long as 30 minutes. I will say I am always greeted right away at the ordering menu as well at the pick up window. I have also pre ordered my selections and my order is waiting for me upon entry when I walk in the door. The sit down area and restrooms are always clean. read more

Sub par experience every time lately. This past year was disappointment after disappointment. I walk in around 2pm and there's nobody in the lobby. I place an order for a tea and a breakfast wrap. I go sit down. Yeah the drive through has a few vehicles but the place was empty. Then they got hit with a rush. Customer after customer started to come in. Not long after the customers placed their orders they were handed their orders. I grew concerned after, I kid you not, 15-20 ppl walked in and were served before me. I got back in line and politely reminded the cashier that I was waiting on an order. They assured me that it was coming right away. After another 10 minutes I was handed the wrap. I ruined them again that I ordered a tea. Waited again only to get a rushed out tea that was below standards. I asked the barista how much product he put in. They asked did I want more to add. Me thinking that the cup was full and they should just remake it and take their time, the barista instead asked me to remove the lid to add more product to a full cup. I pointed out that there's no room and they put it in a cup for me. I left with two cups of d.i.y. and a wrap. I'm done. I'm done with this location. Horrible service. At 1pm they put a chair in the drive through and just say their closed even though there are 6 employees inside. Who's the best barista?!?! Chiquita!!!!!!! My favorite drink is the Pina Colda w/o black tea, and for the longest Chiquita was the only person the consistently make it correctly (through out the city of Chgo). The only reason I come here is because it's on my way to work/home. One time, I was going through the drive thru and had a cup from Starbucks from the day before. When I asked the girl at the window if she could take it for me (I had to make room for my new order), she looked at me like I was about to infect her with a disease and said No in the most undignified manner. They often do have a long line in the drive-thru but it is expected in the early mornings when cranky people like me are looking for a coffee fix. Workers are always pleasant and professional. Recently moved to the city and decided to check this Starbucks out as its on the way to my job... I use the mobile app for convenience and somehow still end up waiting fifteen minutes when I get to the store:. This has happened several times and they appear to be more staffed than most Starbucks locations that I've been to... so I'm at a lost why the wait for coffee is so astronomical... additionally on the last few occasions that I've ordered a Frappuccino, it's come out more like 100% liquid than frozen.., I love the idea of having more businesses in black neighborhoods but this one has a long way to go if it wants to maintain the Starbucks quality that most are used to read more

Every single time I visit this location I'm amazed by the customer services they have . Every morning I stop in they are the extra cup of sunshine that I need , idk if it's the coffee I continue to come for or the outstanding customer service. The morning crew as a whole is amazing . Anton , Tiana , and my lovely lady with the red hair glasses & dreaded tail are just a few of this amazing team . Today I went in and they didn't have chocolate milk available which sent my toddler into a frenzy , the young lady wasn't even aware of the day I was having (not so good) but suggested that she could make me a cold hot chocolate which saved the day .
