They are pre-made already on the donut shelf. And when you order them, they microwave it in the wrap, causing the sandwich to be soggy. And then they hand you the sandwich in the heated wrap. I don't feel super comfortable eating something that has been warmed and possibly plastic lined. At least put it on a paper plate? It was weird they served the sandwich in the same thing they microwaved it in. This is the kind of place where the staff knows the regulars. i have been visiting this store for several years now and have known the owner sice she ran a…read moredifferent doughnut shop in Ukiah. i usually pay with a card and always buy 2 doughnuts but was told i can't use a card unless i spend $5 or more. i have paid less than $5 with a card there for years for purchases under $5 but was refused yesterday. i find this surprising and insulting. one of her employees encouraged her to accept my payment but she refused. i will not go back there again.
