The store acknowledged the mistake and promised me a full refund not once, but three separate times. More than two months later, I still haven't received it. Whether it was an accident or not, charging customers for items they didn't receive and then failing to follow through on multiple refund promises isn't acceptable. The ice cream is mediocre, but I'd recommend paying more attention to your receipt than your cone.

It honestly tasted good, like maple syrup. All the flavors we wanted were no longer available so we settled for the peppermint flavor. The ice cream was super creamy and yummy. So glad we found this place!
