Good Starbucks. We came here to get coffee and it was delicious! Also, they have good pastries. The interior of this Starbucks was beautiful. It's so clean and nice. Awesome ambiance. The bathrooms were super clean too and they actually smelt good. Last thing I want to say is their service was really good. The employees were super nice and helpful. The only down side about this place is the parking is horrendous. The parking is very inconvenient. Overall, great place and I'm definitely coming here again. read more

On 3 separate occasions I've come here a little after 530AM and they absolutely refuse to answer the drive through. I'll drive around to the window, sit there, drive around to the front. I see them all talking inside. I know they all can see me glaring at them from my car. then I'll drive back around to the drive through again. Nothing. Always forced to come inside. No, I've never complained to them about it. I'm always worried about food tampering as a result of complaints. Today at 545, I saw someone else attempt the drive through. No response. This Starbucks is often an oasis on a road trip for me. Sometimes it's a hard choice, because it's just down the road from Whole Foods! Agh! So many choices, do little time! This Starbucks has good hours - they close at 9:00 pm on Sundays, 9:30 pm on weekdays and 10:00 pm on Saturdays so it's available to be my oasis. They also have some grass, so I can potty my dog. The restaurant itself is clean, with unisex bathrooms. Score. They have a good collection of things to buy, and all the normal coffee and tea beverages. The employees are always friendly. read more

Absolute worst service EVER, gave my order four times at the drive thru window and he got it wrong every time. I got frustrated and drove around to the window where I was greeted by his supervisor who was equally as rude threaten to call the police on me because I was frustrated, I never raised my voice I never used a cuss word, he finally agreed to make my order and he got it wrong again!!!! They are utter idiots and use "calling the police" instead of making it right and apologizing, which he did at the end but too little too late!! read more

This is my favorite Starbucks in Tulsa and the surrounding areas. Honestly, part of it might be nostalgia- I grew up around the block and would often beg my dad to buy me a Frappuccino after we perused the nearby Blockbuster. But nostalgia aside, this Starbucks would still be at the top for me. Everyone always seems in such a great mood. Surely the baristas have some bad days, but they never let the customer know it. They're always smiling and making conversation, even when you know it's extremely busy and they're likely stressed out. Once I had a barista sing to me while waiting in my car for my latte at 6:30 in the morning. Don't know how she had that much energy that early, but that just goes to show you how energetic and friendly these baristas are. Also, the drive through window is often plastered with photos of all the dogs that have come through the drive through with their humans. The dog wall can make long drive through wait times totally worth it. Only negative is the small parking lot and cramped drive through line, but that's not the fault of the lovely people working here. read more

After driving around trying to get something to eat, we raced to a subway near the house. It was a decision of we are hungry and my head was starting to hurt. Wanting somethimg seemingly healthy we made it just minutes befored they closed. Richard was awesome. He made each sandwich with care. We expected him to just throw it together. He didn't! He took pride in his service like it was his store. He had no attitude in our last mintue drop in. It was appriecated. This will be of Subway and we will be going back because of him. read more

Very slow service, and the location is not good for a drive thru. Would have made more sense to have this just be a walk-in only store. Most of the time I just get regular coffee at Starbucks, and I feel like the quality is not as good as some of the other stores in the area. The service isn't so great either a lot of the time. One time I tried to get coffee at 11:30 on a Saturday morning and they said they were out! What kind of Starbucks is out of coffee before noon on a Saturday? Believe the longest drive-thru wait I've ever had at a Starbucks was at this store. This store is nearest to my home, but I'll often drive further to some of the other stores which are way better. We came around 7pm and parking here was a little awkward. We ordered two coffees and two cake pops as the pops had a buy onr get one free sign. When it was rang up, the pops were at full price. The cashier told us the promotion ended at 5pm but gave us the promotion as someone forgot to take out the buy one get one free cake pop sign after 5pm (the sign does not have a time on it). The drinks and cake pops were ok. The store was a mess. Crumbs were all over the floor and the garbage was starting to overflow. There were three staff out front and another in the back, so I'm not completely sure why the store was in that state. read more

This has to be the slowest Starbucks ever. 3pm, the parking lot was just about empty. I went through the drive thru, and waited 20+ minutes before getting my one iced coffee. The four cars in front of me averaged 1-2 drinks and most of them where called in from the app. I counted 4 baristas behind the window, basically fumbling around and trying not to run into each other. Since about February this yes the quality of their coffee went down- it tastes like they water it down! I brought it up to them a couple times but nothing changed. This is not good, and I am not sure if this issue just poor management at this location or Starbucks is generally starting to go down in quality. I'll get my coffee elsewhere. read more

I frequent this Starbucks, so I thought I'd share the lay of the land for this Starbucks. Let's start off with five stars because this Starbucks is closest to my work and until Whole Foods creates a rewards program, I'll get coffee here. MINUS half a star for the absolute crappiest parking in all of Tulsa. Tulsa was planned, built, and REVOLVES around the automobile. Think you'll be able to get in and out in five minutes? Forget it. Unless you do drive through (a pain in itself if you pay with your phone), you'll spend five minutes parking your car. MINUS half a star for being crowded a bunch. Great for business, not so great for people in a hurry. MINUS a FULL star for how mixed bag the people working there are. Came in one day with some time, and I really really wanted an iced tea latte. Iced Earl Grey tea latte. It's on the online menu. Ask for it, order it without a hitch. I've had it made at that location before, and it turned out magical. This experience was far from magical. This barista told me "We don't make that. I'll find out later if we make this but pick something else". I'm sorry, if you work at Starbucks, you should probably fully understand the menu. If you can understand "tall soy skinny wet latte", you should understand what an iced Earl Grey tea latte is. It's like a chai latte... Only with ice and Earl Grey tea. If the timing is right, this could be the perfect Starbucks, but for now... three stars. read more

I go to this store quite a bit and love the friendly workers! The parking isn't ideal, but the customer service makes up for it! I wanted to praise Nate working the drive-thru today though! He was funny and made me laugh while deciding what to order. He made a suggestion of a drink I had never tried before, which I will try on my next visit! He had a smile on his face and was a joy to deal with! Customer service is hard to find these days, but Nate did a great job and seems to enjoy his job! I will continue to go here! read more

Most unhelpful Starbucks I've ever been to. It closes ridiculously early (9) for being next to a college. And their customer service today was horrible. I ordered a standard house coffee. I asked to put 1¢ on my Starbucks app so I don't have to keep reloading it. The lady put the whole thing on the app. Then I asked for her to leave room for cream in the cup. No room for cream. Usually those type of things I let go, but what Burnt the cookie was the fact that their Internet was not working. That was the whole reason I went there. TO DO HOMEWORK. And they knew it was down! I was trying to fix the settings on my pc for 45 mins, waiting for the network connection to troubleshoot and fix itself. I thought there was an issue with my pc. I overheard the manager say something to another customer who mentioned an issue with the Internet and he was like, "oh yeah! It's down cause of the storm the other day." What!?!?! I walked over to the counter and told them that that was the only reason as to why I went there and that they wasted a lot of my time and money. (Like I would go there just for a house coffee!) the manager just blew me off and never offered to make it right. It was more like an, "oh well, sorry about that." Then he walked away. I was fit to be tied. I should have demanded a refund. I will never go back to that Starbucks if I have any say about it. read more

This Starbucks is so stingy with their caramel, it's the equivalent of asking for BBQ sauce at McDonald's.

I've been to this location more than a few times now, several in fact. The first few times, the items I ordered were good...not great, but good! The past 3 or 4 times I've been, the Frappuccino I've ordered has been watered down, no flavor, not icy at all. It was absolutely horrible! I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to go back. Still horrible! If I would have had more time and there would have been parking, I definitely would have gone back through the drive-thru or gone inside. As it is, it takes 5 minutes to get out of their parking area due to the traffic. I can't possibly be the only person out here that feels this way. The service has declined immensely too! I will NOT be going back to this Starbucks at 91st and Yale. HORRIBLE DRINKS WITH NO FLAVOR, HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Come on Starbucks, get it right. The prices you charge should define a quality product and it does not. The employees should be happy to see a patron at the window and express that in how they treat the patron.
