Stopped in late morning Friday, 9/27/24 around 11:30am for a pick me up bevy and to use the facilities. Store is well maintained and clean. Ordered our beverages with the gal at the counter who was nice. Waited for a few minutes for our order. Received our order which was correct. However, my friend asked for more ice in his and the guy helping him literally looked at him with attitude like he didn't want to give him more ice. It was so rude and I was a little shocked at what I witnessed. Unfortunate for a customer to feel like a burden for asking for more ice for their iced americano that hardly had any ice to begin with. Location is convenient as it's right off the freeway and close to other businesses, but beware this Starbucks location lacks customer service skills. read more

Traveler review: worst Starbucks I've been to. I've been to a lot. Went through the drive through it appeared to be that the barista was distracted and disinterested in taking our orders. We ordered two separate easy orders. A hot white chocolate mocha with Oat milk and an iced Dubai Matcha Latte. White mocha tasted like water with foam and my friend ended up with just an iced matcha. I recommend going the few extra miles to a different shop that's more reliable. Wish I would've read the reviews before our visit. Waste of money. read more

I ordered my food 15 minutes before I arrived, I waited in the drive through for roughly 13 minutes. They then told me to pull around the drive through and wait at the front. Although there was no parking at all in this location other than the wheel chair accessible spot. I proceeded to park in that spot and wait ten more minutes before deciding to leave. I never got my drinks and I only got my sandwich. Never going back to a star bucks establishment. read more

I think I now understand why this specific location only has 2 1/2 stars. I went this morning for a caramel macchiato. And I always ask for 3x the Carmel. Price doesn't matter we're in a recession. The girl at the window gave me attitude about it Had no customer service skills what so ever, Which is a shame. I asked her politely twice if she could put more caramel on it, me personally if I'm paying for EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA. I would like it to be made the way I asked for it. I placed a mobile order for drive-thru at this location, dropped my son off at work down the road, got in the drive-thru, and told them I had a mobile order. They told me that they received the order just 5 minutes ago and asked me to get out of the line and come in the store to pick it up when my app said it was finished, because it was not fair to those in drive-thru line. I told them that I would not, because the time would be no faster than if I had just now pulled up to the speaker and ordered. I waited in the line for a while behind others waiting at the window for their orders to be prepared. At the window they were snotty as they handed me my right-away ready order and again said I wasn't being fair to the others. This is the second time this location has asked me to get out of line at the speaker for an earlier placed mobile order. read more

This location needs work. Product is great! Customer service needs so much improvement!! I shouldn't have to say thank you for my drink and receive annoyance for doing so from the barista. Went to Tomah Wis location. Ordered drinks in drive thru, the car in front of me was handed my drink then handed it back to window, I drove up gave them the only bill I had was a $100.00 the girl at drive thru said I have to get my manager to get some change out I said ok,the manager came her name was Emilly very rude rolled her eyes said you don't have anything smaller I said no she said what about a card I told her no roll of the eyes again and very rude when talking to me, she said well I will be giving you all 1 and 5 I said ok then she gave me a pissed off look. I then told her if it is such a big deal give me back my 100. She flung it back,I went to Dunkin Donuts they had no issue with taking my 100.00. If I could give this place a lower rating I would. The customer service is horrible. There were 3 woman behind the counter and I stood by the register for nearly 4 min with all of them passing me at least once. A man walked in behind me and stood by the other register and finally one of them stopped and served him. I turned around and sat in a chair, as I stopped in here to get a coffee after a 3 hour drive and a lil further to go on my journey. Not once did any of them come over to see if anything was ok. They are always friendly at this location, and usually my orders are correct. The main issue I have is that they seem to be closed several times a month lately for no rhyme or reason. If it's a staffing issue (then maybe hire more people). If it's due to COVID (not sure the issue there either as 99% of other places are open again and don't shut down every time for a case). Who knows. Either way some notice as to why or maybe when it will reopen would be nice. The other day I literally saw 5 cars all go to the drive thru window waiting for help and drove off realizing no one was there. Not very good customer service. The second time I went into the store and was ordering my drink, asked how many pumps where in a grande normally, she was looking down at the cash register and told me I was being rude, I didn't even know who she was taking to as she had an earpiece in with microphone next to her mouth. I go to a lot of Starbucks, this is both the closest to my home (at 30 miles away) and easily my favorite. I find it very midwestern. The staff are kind and hard working. I go to this Starbucks almost daily. While they occasionally make a mistake with my order, it's very rare. I have noticed that they have a high turnover rate with employees, but the employees seem to be trained well regardless. Overall, their rating on Yelp currently does not reflect the service I've experienced. Keep up the good work guys! read more

This is your typical starbucks. Mediocre coffee, food, and service. There seems to always be someone new on the register with nobody helping (especially during busy times) and its always a 50/50 craps shoot whether or not ill get what I actually want. Either everyone else loves the same things I like or the inventory management isn't based upon demand. I've also noticed like other starbucks the parking lot is casino-like in that once you are in its almost impossible to get out. The one thing this place has going for it is that is hasn't been taken over by the typical starbucks computer toting hobos that typically take over the place hours on end making impossible to find a seat. While there is normally one or two, it hasn't gotten to the point where there are never any seats as in other locations I have been too....yet. Found a fingernail in my chocolate chip cookie. Went to take it back and at first the supervisor seemed insensitive but was shocked. She offered me another one and I said no! Where's the manager? Manager was not there and she offered me a $4 gift card and refund but it was like ..here take this (I felt rushed and no customer service skills) Still no apology... so I further explained this was unacceptable and nasty. Fingernails are the dirtiest part of your body and I could've ate it if I didn't look down and got sick from it. where are the gloves? She said yes and then apologized.
