Don't know why but women's bathroom had a strong diesel fuel smell. We have stopped off here before and I don't remember a smell in the bathroom so hopefully it is a one-time thing. The pumps were crazy crowded when I stopped, but it was the Sunday following 4th of July so I'm guessing it was a little busier than usual. There are more than enough regular parking spots, so do everyone a solid and park elsewhere after pumping if it's backed up. This KT is on the larger side and is attached to a Denny's. Bathrooms are large and clean and there's a trucker's lounge in the same hallway. There was plenty of hot food ready to go and the bakery case was still stocked in the mid afternoon. There's a large selection of beverages, both hot and cold. Cashiers are the signature Kwik Trip friendly and seem to genuinely like their job. I'll definitely keep this location in mind if I need a stop around Tomah.
