The deli case on the left looked appetizing when we walked in, and the tight aisles are packed with Polish products, including beer. The food and alcohol prices are a little higher here because of its proximity to the lakes. They also have a huge selection of bait and fishing supplies. It's kind of like a mini sporting goods store in the middle of nowhere. If you looking at stocking up the cabin for a weeklong stay, I'd say go into Adams and visit the county market. For short term stays this is the place.

The pumps were crazy crowded when I stopped, but it was the Sunday following 4th of July so I'm guessing it was a little busier than usual. There are more than enough regular parking spots, so do everyone a solid and park elsewhere after pumping if it's backed up. This KT is on the larger side and is attached to a Denny's. Bathrooms are large and clean and there's a trucker's lounge in the same hallway. There was plenty of hot food ready to go and the bakery case was still stocked in the mid afternoon. There's a large selection of beverages, both hot and cold. Cashiers are the signature Kwik Trip friendly and seem to genuinely like their job. I'll definitely keep this location in mind if I need a stop around Tomah.

The location is clean, employees are nice and willing to make fresh food (Pizza, sandwiches and more) all you need to do is ask. Tired of the usual hotdogs or burgers, try one of their bowls. The chicken bowls are excellent! Choices are with mashed potatoes and gravy or a biscuit and gravy. Keep an eye out for their free samples too. The donuts should come with a warning , as they are addictive. Coffee is always fresh and is very affordable. House in the same building is a separate business Rome Outdoors that can accommodate many of your fishing and hunting needs. A great addition to the town of Rome.
