I did the next best thing and ignored the oil change! I saw this place from the highway and decided to check it out. The staff was awesome; Took me in right away. I walked the lot while the service was performed. To my surprise, I only made it about a quarter way down the lot before the vehicle was ready to go (a typical oil change in the city takes about 45min - 1hr). The employees were solid, humble people and happy to do a job well done. They knew the oil weight, the filter was new, and my car hasn't blown up!

I will say. I was satisfied with my service the first 4 times. How ever earlier this week. I took…read moremy 2011 Lincoln Navigator in for a front end brake job. They decided that my rotors needed to be replaced not turned. The mechanic took the callipers off the vehicle. Opening the brake fluid system to open air. I was lead to the mechanic bay to see the parts. So yes I know they took the callipers off for a fact. They returned my car to me. So I figured it was fixed. Before I got out of the parking lot the brake light came on. So I bought brake fluid and topped it off. Before I was half a mile a way. The brake light was on again. I took it back and told them they left some thing loose. When the mechanic was told to check his work. His response was it was a simple brake job. There was no need to check the brake fluid level. When you take the callipers off the vehicle it is no longer a simple brake job and there is definitely a need to bleed the brakes. After an hour they determined the master cylinder back seal went bad. So I would need to pay another $618.00 to get it fixed. Personally if it could have been driven I would have taken it home and fixed it myself. But I had to barrow the money to get the brakes. The master seal went bad by they're actions. Either do to incompetence or on purpose. So double check they're work if you can.

Then we fueled up our bodies at the McDonald's. Lastly we made a stop at the Mega! Co-Op before getting back on the road. This setup was super convenient and efficient. There is also a Chinese restaurant, which we did not try. Maybe next time. I highly recommend the New Lisbon Travel Center!

Highlight: there's a switch in the bathroom that you can use to alert employees that the bathroom needs to be serviced (cleaned/restocked/etc.). I've never seen it and have to say it's a brilliant idea. So many pit stop bathrooms are nasty and this makes it easy to let them know there's a problem. Also, the only way it can be switched off is if an employee comes into the bathroom to shut it off, meaning they'd have to actively ignore the issue to reset it. Lowlight: no fountain sodas on the convenience side, you have to go to McDonald's. For someone who can't have caffeine, that leaves the sole choice of Sprite if I don't want to buy a bottle. No thanks.
